Absolutely LOVED it here!! We recently moved to Hagerstown from the Cumberland area where both my sons were seen by the same pediatrician that I had my whole childhood so I honestly couldnt imagine it could get better then that but even as nice as everyone was at our old doctors office the staff here went above & beyond from the interactions with myself & my son to the friendly gifts they gave him! 1st the receptionist who was sooo friendly and accommodating even when things didnt go smoothly with our insurance which is very important to see since theyre the first person we come in contact with they really set the tone for the visit! Then the nurses & Dr. Obidi who were so playful and friendly with my son which made him feel extremely comfortable the whole time! Everyone of them made us feel welcomed and happy to be there which really matters when your taking 4 & 5 yr olds to a new doctor & even though my 4 yr old had to get 2 shots his 1st time going he still left with a smile saying he loved it there!! I would suggest some of the lower stars to not judge by 1 bad experience theres probably underlying issues that were out of their control you never know what mightve been going on that day behind the scenes.. short staffed or something couldve been going on in their personal life... we cant pretend that none of us have had off days at work once in awhile for whatever reason so you shouldnt give a great business a crappy rating for reasons you dont understand!

Between my 3 children Ive met with several different staff members and each one has treated us with the utmost respect and I have never felt rushed during my appointment like I have with other doctors offices in the past. They are also pretty punctual and Ive never waited more than 20 minutes or so for an appointment but usually they get me right in! Very impressed!

When we had our soon we had no idea which pediatrician to choose but when Dr Obidi walked in to check our son out for the first time we knew then we found our little guys Dr. Very well mannered and gentle with our son and always puts out worrisome minds at ease. This has been such a great experience that as many parents have stated this office is now also my PCP.

I have been a patient at Partners in Pediatrics for over 30 years now. I currently see Susan McVey and simply adore her. Im so glad I stuck with this office over the years, but I must say, if Susan goes elsewhere, Im going to follow. Her beside manner is just one of a kind. I refer all of my family and friends to Partners in Pediatrics to see her.

Dr. Obidi Has Been My Kids Doctor Since They Was Born. They Now Are 10 & 11 And We Moved To North Carolina. He Has Always Put His All Into Making Sure My Kids Was Good, Even Traveling To Baltimore To Visit Her In The Hospital. I Truly Appreciate His Hard Work And Dedication. I Will Definitely Miss Him And The Staff.

Would have liked for my family to become new patients but they kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes. Picked up halfway through, muttered some things, then told me to wait again. Not a good sign, so I took my business to Pediatric Clinic. They answered on the second ring and had us scheduled right away.
