Long wait times in the waiting room and examination room! I have never been there for less than 2 hours for even a simple check up. The doctors have forgotten to send in prescriptions, and havent called to follow up when they said they would. They performed tests on my kids I asked them not to do, and even sent those tests out to labs for additional testing. Not only do they do more tests to rack up your bill, everything is more expensive than other pediatricians in the area. When you try to contact someone to question the charges on the bill, they are unreachable and will not call you back.

Both our boys, 1 and 2.5 years old, see Dr. Terry and have seen most of the physicians and nurse practitioners in the office for well baby and sick visits. We love them all! Dr. Terry is outstanding, and we saw Dr. Goodwin today, who was patient, friendly and knowledgeable! The front desk staff and nurses are great, also - very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

I saw Kirchmier as a child who then went on to see my children. When he retired, we began seeing Dr. Terry. This is a great office with great Physicians. They know there stuff and are not quick to jump to conclusions or labels. They are thorough and friendly. Like any physicians office... sometimes the wait is long. That is to be expected and it is worth it here.
