He is very arrogant,condescending, and rude. he treats parents who ask questions like they are complete morons for asking questions. He is also terrible in his interactions with children, my daughter is terrified of him and he has spent no more than two minutes with her at each visit we have had. my daughter has been sick for two weeks and after multiple visits to him he still says shes fine so Im now seeking out another pediatrician. The only positive thing I can say is that his nurse Laura was very gentle and nice and my daughter did well when receiving her vaccinations from her. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS MAN!! unless you are looking to have a rushed experience with a fast talking Dr. who honestly acts like hes hopped up on speed or just snorted a line of cocaine before he walked in the room. his bedside manner is crap and he acts put out by you being there. Im writing the medical board about this man, he is absolutely awful!!!!

Dr. McEachern has been the worst doctor I took my daughter to. We have a new pediatrician and he is amazing. Dr. McEachern was very rude and condescending to my wife and there was bit of a racist undertone. It has been a long time he was our doctor but talking to a friend and hearing his experience, I want to share my experience as well. One time he even scolded my wife for taking our daughter to the doctor. He was lucky I wasnt there. He always tried to sheer up our daughter with bad jokes and then he would say she was fine, when clearly she wasnt. Once he even told me that it annoyed him when parent brought their kid to the doctor for every single thing and inferred that parents like this were incompetent. Sorry, I am not a doctor and kids health can change so quickly that I rather not take a chance. Take your kid somewhere else, this guy is unprofessional and we felt a very clear racist undertone.

I came to his practice over less than a year ago. I did not know what to do in regards to my son Respiratory problems. After multiple times being in the hospital with my son since he was born i decided to get a second opinion. Dr McEachern was the only one who was straight forward in telling me my son had asthma and put him the right medication to control his respiratory distress. My Children always cry when it comes to seeing a doctor but am pretty sure they will out grow there fear! I can always get a same day appointment and do not have to deal with nurse lines or a massive practice where money is all they care for. If you are looking for a home orientated practice Is this your place. And most importantly my son has not been to the hospital since we started seeing him. Great Job Dr McEachern! Dr. Bryan has been our families pediatrician for just about 17 years now. We, and all 5 of our children love Dr. Bryan. He is always upbeat, kind, and puts all of us at ease. Two of our children have some unique health challenges and Dr. Bryan has always answered any questions weve had thoroughly, and never made us feel even slightly embarrassed for asking. He is very energetic, witty and fun. My kids have never been afraid to go to see him. He usually ends our visit with a positive affirmation like "now go forth, you shall be victorious!"

Doctor thinks hes funny, but actually very offensive and borderline racist. On top of that, he doesnt spend any time with each patient and treats parents like their idiots. Hes obviously only collecting the $ and doing stand-up so youre better off taking your kid/s to someone who will listen to you, as the parent and give your sick child better attention. And as if that wasnt enough...the office is very aged and upkeep is awful; bathroom is extremely dirty and nurses seem really lazy and talk about patients when they think no-ones listening...

I am posting this today because I had negative thoughts and comments about Dr. Brian many years ago when my now 16 year old was only about 3. After visiting with a friend last week and hearing her horrific story in details of the way she and her kids were treated in this office I thought it time to express my opinion. I was not pleased with the arrogance and negative nature of this Dr. as this is not how I expect a Pediatrician to act nor conduct business. My story is simple, he was an ass.

We moved to Manassas last year and did a lot of research before deciding to use Dr. Mceachern. I like that its a small practice, the staff is very personable and super friendly. I have been incredibly pleased with Dr. Mceachern--hes quite a character and so good with the kids. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes, I am usually in and out in 20-30 minutes. Hes honest, approachable, and I all my questions are answered with care and thoroughness. I highly recommend this pediatrician.

Fantastic Doctor! Been My families pediatrician for 13 years. My daughter was born with a serious heart defect and he without hesitation took her on as his patient. We also have a son who he has been great with...we have another on the way and we will be taking him there too. We live in Gainesville and pass tons of other pediatricians that would be more conviniant but we take the extra time to go to him.

I would not suggest this pedi to anyone. He hardly addressed the issue of why were there. Took one quick look at my child and was done. Then proceeded to wave my childs hands in the air saying "Go, doctor, go doctor"...not "go (insert childs name here). Unbelievable. Talked about money, and even used a racial slang ( I know I about dropped to the floor). Unbelieveable!!

This doctor is really rude and kinda an ass hole. Hes always rushing and doesnt take the time to actually understand your child. Every time you ask a question he always gives a smart ass answer. Very unprofessional and frustrating when trying to talk to him about what your child is going through. Will be looking for another pediatrician.

Id normally consider it a positive to be guaranteed an appointment with the doctor every visit, but our time felt rushed. Dr. M is also a bit too abrasive for my taste, and was not as gentle with my child as I was expecting from a pediatrician.

I love how he interacts with my children. He talks to them in a funny way and he will let you know when not to be concerned. They are so friendly especially the nurses. I would hughly recommend this doctor.

Dr. McEachern is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. He has provided conflicting information to both me and my ex wife then he couldnt recall it. He is a horrible doctor. Stay away!
