Ive been with Mark and his crew for a little over six months. Ive had x-rays, a filling, my teeth cleaned, and participated in their at-home whitening program. Ive been extremely happy with their patient care. I met with Dr. Scott on my first visit and have been seen by Dr. Freeman most other occasions. Everyone is very nice and patient with my questions. Dr. Freeman has a great way of talking you through a procedure so youre always at ease and you always know what to expect. Ive never been more relaxed at the dentist! Today I had my teeth cleaned by Penny, and I agree that she must be the best dental hygenist in the city. I dont love my teeth but it was so easy to talk to her about my concerns and she gave the best advice! I would (and do) recommend this practice to anyone.

I saw Dr. Scott, Dr, Freemans associate. This was my fist time visiting their practice and I absolutely loved it! I was really nervous, as I have had the same dentist for decades, and this was my first appointment with someone else since I moved, but they made me feel so at home. The entire staff is just so friendly and nice in every way, and Dr. Scott was really approachable with questions, and just seemed like he sincerely enjoys what he does. He literally spent every second of my appointment time working on making my teeth extra extra clean. I feel like he really went the extra mile. I am beyond happy I found this place, and I will definitely continue seeing them for my dental care!

I moved to Virginia 3 years ago and for the last 15 years had one of my good friends as my dentist so I was very worried about finding a new dentist and office. My whole family is seeing Dr. Scott at Freeman and Associates and we are very pleased. Melanie, our hygienist does an excellent job. They are also very friendly. Additionally, they both are so good with our son who has been coming since he was 2.5. He loves to come see Dr. Scott and Melanie. He even asks when his next appointment is going to be. That is so important to me since as I kid I was always afraid of the dentist. The front desk are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

When I moved to Richmond in 1999, Dr. Freeman was listed as the BEST dentist at the Richmond Magazine. Since then, Dr. Freeman has proven to continue being the best! He was a constant presence throughout the years and now he takes excellent care of my 2 daughters, who trust him entirely. All dental hygienists in his practice are also outstanding! The best dental office in Richmond hands-down!
