This place is a joke. I wish I would have done more research before going to this dentist, I feel as though I have been robbed. I have spoken with other dentists about what I am paying for and they are literally speechless at how much Im being overcharged. Dr. Doyle will not help you cope with any pain after any major extraction services. He treated me with nothing but contempt when I asked him for extra pain medication for the soreness... Like I was some bum junky off of the street who was interupting his lunch. He has charged me $12,000 for some simple extractions and a set of dentures. Only today did I find out I could have had the same thing done for half of that. I originally wanted implants in my upper jaw to support the dentures and he told me that would cost me over $25,000. I was just quoted by Robinwood Dental care that it would have cost me $about $14,000 to do what Dr. Doyle tried charging me $25,000 for. Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back and I can hardly wait to see how much they try and steal from me for "lab fees" and simple extractions. Stay far, far away from this Dentist. They are greedy and care nothing about you nor your health. They are all in it for the money.

This dentist office is the scummiest of the scum. If you value your wallet go to literally any other dentist office in town. They will do anything in their power to milk you for more care, going as far as to treat things that dont exist and try to pull loans while youre in serious pain and unable to properly focus on responses. I went there while suffering heavily from an abcess, and as a poor individual I couldnt afford much. I asked and asked and asked how much having it seen to get an antibiotic script would cost. They told me again and again not to worry... and then started asking to pull my credit, rushing an x-ray, all the while I asked about the cost so I didnt get into something I couldnt pay, expressing I had no insurance. They then talked to me about my smile, something I said I didnt care about given I lacked income for such things, and just wanted help for the pain. They gave me a script and when I asked hte cost they told me nothing was owed. Fast forward one month, and I get a call. Since I didnt get the 3000$ crown they requested of me, I now owed them 150$ for the xray and checkup. Ive never been so livid in my life at this. Literally go to any other dentist office.

We went to this office for the first time last week because one of us had a broken tooth which had become infected. We have no dental insurance. After being in the room for over an hour, my boyfriend was taken into the "sales" office and told that all of his work would cost.... get ready for this... $12,000! And the sales woman acted as if he was really going to go for this! When he said he couldnt afford that, she looked as if she was ready to cry because she was "just so concerned for his well being". HAHA! Needless to say, we walked out of there with NOTHING done... my boyfriends face still swollen from his infected tooth. That is absolutely ridiculous. Not only that, but my brother-in-law went there and they charged his insurance for work that was not even performed. This practice is out for nothing but money. Its a sad day when doctors offices employee sales people that are not doctors/dentists themselves.

I had a splinting procedure done about 3 months ago in Germantown Md. It didnt last very long and I needed to get it re-splinted for my sons upcoming wedding. I picked First Choice because they were close to my house, Im glad I chose them. The girls up front were absolutely awesome, they were extremely polite and very helpful answering all my questions and contacting my insurance. Hannah was the best, she told me if I wanted to go home she would contact me after everything was taken care of. About an hour later she called and had me an appointment 15 min later. Once I got there I was taken back to see the Dr the wait was a little long but well worth it, the Dr and his nurse were very professional and fast. My follow up appointments were scheduled right away. I definitely recommend First Choice to everyone. NO IDEA how they got a low review

Im glad I just now read the reviews of this place, instead of before going there! What attracted me about this office was their hours, 7 am to 7 pm. I just recently found out they are open Saturdays too which is extremely convenient for my family. I initially went because I was experiencing pain/pressure in my mouth and they got me in right away! Turns out it was because I need my wisdom teeth taken out but Dr. Colangelo (sp?) also spotted a crown that needed to be done and a filling. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and warned me before he did anything that might make me feel uncomfortable. All of the assistants are awesome!! Ive had to go in twice with my kids (stay at home mom) and they are so patient with me having to bring them even though Im sure it can be an annoyance!

They will take you for everything they possibly can- they were asking me to make quick decisions while sitting there in the chair with my mouth agape. They were not up front with their charges and performed unnecessary work on my teeth (e.g. replacing intact fillings). He was getting his own crown put in moments before he met with me- this was a little questionable; Im hoping he didnt use the gas. All in all, I had to pay $600 out of pocket (and I have GREAT dental insurance). I regret ever stepping foot in this office. The only upside was the wonderful woman that cleaned my teeth. Dr. Meals is an unctuous, underhanded excuse for a dentist.

I went to these guys being new to the area and hearing commercials about them so I figured what the hell Ill give them a shot. As I sat there waiting for the lady to come in and clean my teeth I over heard the receptionists talking about previous patients (BY NAME) and how gross they were. which that left me with a great feeling(enter sarcasm). then after the cleaning the dentist comes in and does an exam ran the little mirror around and says" you need a cavity drilled and filled" well thats funny since the lady doing the cleaning just told me I had no cavities and everything was looking good. this place is a HIPPA violating, pocket robbing JOKE.

Very helpful hygienist who performed exams my previous dentist never mentioned. I read about it later and they are right, my old dentist office was simply behind the times. They identified decay behind my bonding that has worsened and helped me get the crowns and repair work I need to fix the damage my previous dentist was ignoring. So thankful- and I really appreciated how they approached finances openly and frankly. After insurance, it will cost me half what my previous office quoted to do the same work. I am very glad I didnt read the bad reviews first and just tried them. They are excellent!
