went there for over 10 years. Britany has been great for our regular cleanings. Couple small cavities here and there for my kids at first. Then, my oldest son (12) they found a cavity but they said he had to have a "baby root canal", they said I had to pay 30% up front (my insurance covers 80%), I paid the approx $350 and they did the procedure, 2 weeks later his mouth was swollen and he had a high fever, I brought him back in and the root canal failed, the ended up pulling it at nc but would not give me any credit for the $350. A year or two later the same thing happened with my youngest, they wanted the money up front and said its critical it gets done right away. this time I didnt pay them, I just left and brought him to a different dentist and he filled it no problem and its been fine for 2-3 years now. Compton also did an implant for me I had to pay lots of cash up front for and it has failed 3 times, I now am missing a tooth and wont go back because they simply cant fix it properly. The last straw, my wife woke up couple months ago in extreme tooth pain, they got her in and told her she needs 2 crowns and they wanted $650 up front to start on it. She didnt have the checkbook with her and asked if she could swing by next day with it because the pain was so bad she could hardly drive. They asked if anyone could bring the money right now, of course I was stuck at work, we had a zero balance with them and we hoped that over a decade of going there would help us but it didnt, they let her walk out of there crying and in extreme pain. We will never never never go there again!

Who wants to have their tooth (teeth) pulled today? Dont all of you go raising your hands at one time! After sending my longtime dentist, Dr. Eric Compton a text on Sunday night begging him to squeeze me in on Monday morning due to excruciating tooth pain, he or course got me in and assessed the situation... I had a cracked tooth that couldnt be repaired. It had to be pulled. Now, I dont care your age, no one ever wants to have a tooth pulled. But, if you have to have it done, what you want to have it the confidence and trust that your dentist is the most knowledgable and genuinely has your best interest at heart. Dr. Eric Compton is that man. I listened carefully, as he methodically evaluated the situation, knowing he knew what was in my best dental care. I trust his advise implicitly, and left minus one molar! I left knowing that even though Im one tooth down for 90 days, Eric will be thinking about my health and dental care. Case in point, I got 2 follow up communications from him that day, and since another to advise he had been thinking about the removal and wanted me on some precautionary antibiotics. In a society where we see the crumbling of service and commitment to outstanding client relationships, Dr. Comptons organization is an exception, providing exceptional, trustworthy dental service and care. This it he reason he has been my dentist for almost 30 years, and will be for the next 30!

It is no surprise why this office has been voted best of the region 3 years running. I started out a patient here two years ago undergoing basic dental work. I then began invisilign treatment with Dr. Mark and had an absolutely wonderful case result. Now, I smile with so much more confidence than Ive ever had before! I am very particular about my dental care and that of my familys. I since, have brought my husband in as a patient too. In fact, just this week, my 3 year old son had his very first dental appointment. The front desk receptionist dropped everything she was doing to pay special attention to my son as it was his first visit to any dental office. Aimee, his hygienist, took ample time to ensure he was comfortable before beginning any exam. Also, Dr. Eric was so amazing at making my son feel at home. They did things like put his favorite show on television, had great distractions, and even gave him rewards for his good behavior. I, too, have a newborn daughter and when she is ready for her first visit to the dentist, i look forward to bringing her here. I cannot think of any reason why we would ever want to go to any other office. Thank you so much to Compton and Broomhead Dental Center! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!

Dr. Eric Compton is an amazing dentist! He is very professional as well as personable. Great staff and hygienists too!! I have been with Brittany for years and she is so sweet and does a great job with my teeth every time. The ladies at the front desk are also super nice and friendly! The staff here go out of their way to make you feel extra comfortable during your cleanings and any other procedures. This is by far the best dentist office I have ever visited. I am dreading the day I turn 26 and am no longer covered for this facility under my parents’ insurance. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!

What a great dentist Dr. Mark Broomhead and his team are. From the moment you enter his office they make you feel at ease. A very hospitable, professional, and friendly atmosphere. As you sit in the dental chair Dr.Mark explains the process as he examines your teeth step by step and tells you what he is about to do. He is through, highly professional and funny! He tells jokes and makes you feel comfortable in his chair... I recommend Dr.Mark for any of your dental work needs!! Fantastic!! Dr. Mark and everyone in the office are absolutely the most professional and accommodating staff you could imagine. My pregnant wife needed to have a dental procedure done and Dr. Mark went above and beyond. He spoke multiple times with her Obstetrician and other doctors to coordinate a plan to make sure everything went smoothly for her and the baby. They completely relieved any stress or anxiety about the procedure and reassured us we were in good hands. We will continue to see and recommend Dr. Mark for many years to come.

From the moment you walk in the door the front staff greet you like youre old friends-which most of us are. Next you feel the warm atmosphere from Dr Eric & Dr John and their assistants. All the hygenists are very professional and up on the latest advances and technologies. Isnt it great that you can feel so comfortable in a dental office and come out with a beautiful smile also. I am extremely pleased on how Dr. Donald Cleland and as well as the staff treated me. The cosmetic dentist knew exactly what to do. I have recommended Dr. Cleland and his good office here at Orland Park, IL to many of my friends, and I wouldnt hesitate to do so again. After suffering through a couple of bad cosmetic dentists, its a relief to have finally found a good one! I thank you for all the time and effort.
