HORIBLE SERVICE! ....from the moment I walked in the front desk clerk was very rude and insensitive. My daughter needed wisdom teeth removed , so i was recommended to see a particular dentist, who i specifically asked for , but was told did not work there, i didnt see a card for him that visit. They told my daughter to bring her xray, which she did and they said she didnt have to pay for xray for the one they would give her, she was told she needed a CT scan b4 they could do anything from a doctor they referred me too for $200 dollars up front which was not true so i cancelled and the clerk said I owed $119.00 for service rendered and xrays well I brought my own xrays from my primary and the visit consisted of consultation ONLY .....I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. When I went to my own dr, for ct scan they rejected their referral because that office did not include reason for ct scan, I informed them that it was to pull my daughters wisdom teeth but they never got another response.I went back to cancel because the whole experience had me nervous to my stomach , and that visit was worse! Hate I ever walked in that door , no thank you ,no smile nothing but horrible customer service!

This place has become awful. I been coming here for years and never had issues til now. Im not sure if management changed or if they need money. But if I leave a message to reschedule and please call so we can discuss, why would you fill the spot, then call and to assist and say its a $65 cancellation fee? When I left a message to call, its customer service to make me aware first then fill in the spot. Not the other way around. Give me a chance to fix it with this new knowledge. Then they go into actually arguing with me when Im asking for the courtesy of a reversal since Ive been loyal to this office. If the spot was already filled, theres no money lost anyway. I guess Im changing dentists. I cannot take rude people in establishments where Im spending money.

The aspect of my visit that keeps me from giving this clinic a perfect rating is the wait time. When I arrived for my appointment, I was forced to wait for half an hour before getting attended to. Other than that, my dentist was friendly and informative and I felt that I was given high quality treatment.

Over filled my filling then hit a nerve then offered to fill my next filling for free because of the mistake its been almost a year now and I still cant eat anything hard on the right side of my mouth. Now Im scared to go back to have them fix it. Not happy at all!!!
