I chose this as my new general dentist, but after my first cleaning I decided not to return. The biggest issue came from my #5 bicuspid. I made the dentist aware that I would be getting braces in the next couple months and that all 3 of the orthodontists I visited agreed that I would need extractions, and this particular bicuspid was a tooth that would normally be taken. Furthermore, this tooth had been broken, had a root canal, and was temporarily filled while I was waiting to get extractions and braces. All 3 orthos advised me not to waste anymore money on this tooth as anyone of them would DEFINITELY be taking it prior to getting braces. I made all of this clear to the dentist and expressed my desire to avoid any additional cost related to this tooth other than pulling it. Well, the dentist was adamant that I get the tooth crowned, and even submitted this to my insurance company against my wishes. Im pretty sure Im the customer, and that my opinion matters to some degree.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is by far the worst dentist office I have ever been to. I brought my children in only to be told that I couldnt go back with them (not even my 2 year old). They pulled my 9 year olds tooth without coming out to the waiting room to tell me about it first. I specifically stated he was here for an exam and a simple cleaning. I was infuriated and they could care less. The dentist is beyond rude with no customer service skills to speak of. He should never work with kids and is short with the adults as well. He follows out of date practices and told me I was an overbearing parent for wanted to go to the treatment area with my children. The office did not have the a/c on in the waiting room on a 95 degree day, and the front desk woman rolled her eyes at a patient that asked her to turn it on. I have since called my insurance company to file a formal complaint with this dentist.

I do not recommend this dentist because of poor customer service. My children went to this dentist for awhile. When I took my children today for their scheduled appointment, I was told my appointment time had been given to someone else. The receptionist told me they called me at work to confirm my appointment, but they did not leave a message. However, they did reschedule the appointment for someone else. I kept my end of the deal: scheduled time off work, picked up the kids early from school to meet their early afternoon appointment, and I was on time. Still, I was turned away without apology. If getting the run-around means nothing to you, then this may be the dentist for you. I will take my business elsewhere, though, and I recommend you do the same. There are definitely others in town that deliver great customer service. Affiliated Dentists, however, does not.

If I could give 0 stars I would.... worse dentist I ever have had. Got a root canal done and it was still hurting almost a year after and the dentist told me that "I was slicing my gums when I flossed." Oh and not to mention my boyfriend was sitting in the lobby and over heard the dentist say "she is waisting my time." Went to a new dentist because my root canal still hurting and I knew it wasnt because of slicing my gums. And I was correct. Would not recommend them at all.

Great customer service and very comfortable and nice people. I havent been to the dentist in years so I was super nervous and they made my experience perfect I couldnt of asked for better!!
