I called your office at 745a...thinking I would be able to leave a message on the answering machine. What a pleasant surprise,that Susan answered the phone. She listened to our unfortunate ordeal with a local "chain" dentistry and promptly scheduled David for an 0830 appointment. WHAT A RELIEF!!! From the phone call, to the entrance to the office, and meeting Dr. Kanika Davila....everything was friendly, smooth...GENTLE and fast. Fortunately ,my number 18 tooth was a simple extraction....I was home by 1000. Yes, I will be praising and referring PATRIOT DENTAL......you are my Dentist!!!!! David Smith

We had to wait three weeks for an appointment. When we got there, we were told that my husband never called in his insurance information, so we would have to reschedule. When I pulled up the call log to show that he had, in fact, called it in several weeks ago, we were told that it was too bad. They said they believed we called it in, but it wasnt in their computer and NOBODY THERE KNEW HOW TO RUN INSURANCE, so they still wouldnt keep our appointment.

After waiting a bit longer than expected one morning, and expressing my issues on this page, Dr Carol personally called me that evening to express her apologies for the wait time and to explain the unusual circumstance. She is always friendly and caring, and as a dentist, she tells you more about what is going on than any other dentist I have seen over the years. Fully recommend to anyone. Very clean and friendly environment as well.

My family has been here 6 times Every time the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Lauren, especially has been wonderful. She has been incredibly patient with my son who has anxiety with dental procedures. Im am so glad we found Patriot Dental.
