I was in a lot of pain. I didnt have a dentist at the time for insurance had changed. I had had a permenent bridge in my mouth for several years. Dr. Crosby was able to do a root canal and save my bridge. He was very nice...pain free I might add and couldnt have been happier. They were able to take me right in..no waiting. My boyfriend just had 2 teeth pulled and he really had a great experience also....I had a cleaning appointment this morning...i had to call and cancel due to hurting my back over the weekend...they were very nice and empathetic to me..we just changed the date. i couldnt be happier with dentist.

I went to this dentist for the first time for a cleaning for myself and my son. I had just gotten dental insurance and told them I was unsure of my coverage. The dentist was not even in the office that day. The hygenist assured me that my bill would be no more than a hundred dollars. I received a bill for over $600 and when trying to call them to try to resolve the matter I always get a voicemail. Now they have sent me to collections.
