This place is horrible Masson Siriano Dds Endodontic clinic post graduate my 9 yr old was very scared he has a chipped tooth from falling and he was set to get a rt canal the first appointment took me about 2 mths to get it had to call an call email finally worked so I get the appointment for the Endodontic clinic to say my sons tooth is fine he is good to go to the second flr to get the tooth repaired I get to the second flr for this dentist to look at my sons tooth and say he needs a rt canal so I go back upstairs explain this along with the dentist from the second flr so I make the appointment which due to my work schedule and alot to the known fact that it is like trying to meet the president to schedule an appointment here so I get the appointment day for the day of the appointment the clinic calls me and says that the denlist is out sick so I reschedule today I get there and my son is crying and hysterical hes 9 so I can see frustration in Masson the dentist so he tells me hes gonna take more x-rays so I began to ask questions like is he ginna get the rt canal today or do we need to ome back and why sre they doing xrays again when they took xrays the last appointment maybe crazy questions but I asked he said Look I have to do my own assessment here and if hes gonna be like this were gonna have to send him downstairs to be put to sleep so can u just step out so I can get this done I stepped out 20 mins later he called me and said here sign this and didnt tell me what I was signing so I asked and he again seemed frustrated so he said I need to be next to my son to keep him calm so I tried my best to keep him calm the dentist still seemed very frustrated so I thought Id make conversation so I asked how long before it heals before I should schedule to get that tooth repaired he said I dont know I dont handle appointments so I said I know its 2 different types of treatment that I just wanted to know how long do I need to wait before it heals to get the chip tooth repaired and he said I dont know if dont handle the cosmetics I cant talk I need to concentrate on this right now and I said Im sorry I just want to know about my sons treatment and so I asked a question and u are very rude I will contact someone about this because I feel your being rude he said well report me then I felt like crying I kept quite which I wasnt talking alot just wanted to know that one question I know he was busy Im not an idiot to keep going on and on while hes trying to do his job he got done didnt say anything he walked right out the space I got my son and and headed to the front desk and the receptionist began looking in her vm files and asked about another appointment date so I asked what was the next appointment for and she looked at me a lil weird at me and I told her that he didnt say anything to my as to whether he was done with the rt canal or not so she said that the n3xt appointment is to finish the rt canal and I said thanks and we discussed a date and I made my payment 90 plus 50 and I asked her if she can give me info so I can discuss the problem I had with the dentist she then printed out the reciept and asked me if I ever was a patient there and I told her maybe 3 yrs ago and she said Oh well u have balance and I told her ok I have never been seen at the Endodontic clinic which I havent so she said if u have ever been seen here before in the clinic u have a balance of 60 bucks so I said ok I just need the information to speak with someone about the issue I had with dentist she gave me someone information to speak with one the same flr so I went to the office and the person I needed to speak to was not in the office it was several numbers on the card so I decided to wait til I get home and call so I got home called one number of a Johnny Mae and she answered I told her I had concerns about the Endodontic clinic and she said what was the problem and whats my sons name and the name of his dentist and I gave her the info she asked me what happend I told her she said she doesnt handle the Endodontic affairs

In September and October I was experiencing discomfort on the right side in the back of my tongue. I thought my tongue was scratching a chipped tooth. I finally couldnt take it any longer and went to my dentist Dr. Lotsof at Methodist Hospital. When he took a look at my tongue he excused himself and went to his office where he made an appointment with Dr. Louis Halkias of Oral Surgery Associates. I went to see him and November 3rd he performed a Biopsy on my tongue. A week later I went back and he told me that the results of the Biopsy showed that I had tongue cancer. He also made an appointment with Dr. Markiewicz and told me that Dr. Markiewicz not only was his teacher but his specialty was tongue cancer. When I went to see him I brought my girlfriend who was a cancer survivor and she had a lot of questions which Dr.Markiewicz answered everyone which really helped me understand. The best news though was when the Doctor examined my tongue he told me that we caught the cancer in its infancy and that it hadnt spread. He told me I had squamous cell carcinomas. He also told me there would be a partial tongue removal plus a sentinel node biopsy. On November 30th I had surgery And since then Ive been cancer free. I continue to see Dr.Markiewicz once every 6 weeks and since yesterday (5-22-17) its now every 3 months. Not only do I think that Dr. Markiewicz is awesome I also think he ROCKS!!! It has been a long process 2 1/2 year. I have gone through 2 periodontists, 2 prosthodontists, 2 hygenists, and 3 supervisors. It is a long drive from Naperville, but I knew I could not afford the work in the suberbs. I had an issue with every single tooth except eye teeth. Somed teeth were pulled. Root canals were done over. I am on my 2nd set of temporary teeth which I didnt fully understand the need for. When the old temps were taken out and the new temps were put in, I totally understood. These temps were in the perfect and final position and they are amazing. The 2nd set of temps were in the exact position my final crowns will be in. The bite is perfect and the look is incredible. I am told the final teeth will be even better. I can finally see why so much had to be done and why it took so long. Why did I have 2 sets of temporary teeth? My original bite included top teeth that protruded and lower teeth that were pushing my top teeth out further. I had what is called in lay term a collapsed bite. The first set of temporary teeth changed my bite but not too the final stage, as a severely off bite has to be changed gradually giving time for the facial muscles to accept it. Hats off to Dr. Basaya, Dr. Kendall and Dr. Moranis for their excellent thinking, planning, and work. It is worth the time and money and so much less than Id have had to pay in Naperville.
