This is my 2nd visit for a cleaning and it was just as amazing as the first visit. From paraffin wax on your hands (who knew Id like that?!?!), to warm neck pillows, complimentary drinks, OJ, cool gel ice packs for your eyes...you get the picture. I basically veg out watching TV with noise canceling headphones, and it seems like just a moment later, Im done. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. They have the latest technology along with a completely digital workflow both internally and with patients. Apparently all those efficiencies are balancing out the unbelievable amenities you get because I dont pay anything outside of my in-network copay somehow! Dental insurance covers your cleanings so why not do it in style :)))

Dr. Patel is the best dentist I have ever visited. About 8 months ago I needed an implant after she tried to save a tooth I already had a root canal on. Going through the process with her was long but she addressed my anxiety and pain related to the dentist every time, and was caring, flexible and so skilled when it came to the implant. My front tooth matches perfectly and it looks so perfect. Not only is Dr. Patel amazing, this office is awesome! From the smells, to the paraffin wax treatments, tvs and bose headphones, this place feels like a real spa. I would recommend her to my family and friends. I used to drive all the way out to Bloomingdale to see Dr. Patel (thats how much I love her!) but now she has a location in the city!

Loved my experience at Pure Dental Spa. Its been a while since I last saw a dentist (embarrassing, I know)-- so I wasnt sure how this visit would go. I was nervous and not really looking forward to it at all. I was blown away with how nice the office was, the front desk staff, my hygienist and ultimately Dr. Rajul. She didnt make me feel silly for my poor dental upkeep, and did an insane job cleaning my teeth and taking care of me. Not to mention it flew by because of the paraffin hand wax, warm neck pillow and HGTV on in front of me! I have some work to get done, not a ton, but enough to come back soon-- and Im not even concerned. I know Dr. Patel will take amazing care of me!

This is best dental experience Ive ever had. From the minute you walk in everyone treats you like you are the most important person in the world. When they say "spa" they mean it. It definitely feels, looks and smells like a spa. They offer great complementary services while you are there and they ask you if youd like more!! Dr. Patel and Serene my hygienist are AWESOME, they took the time to explain everything in great detail. I had my cleaning and fillings all done in the same day. Oh and the technology is out of this world. Lasers, same day crowns and 3D xrays! I will be coming back for a very long time! Well worth a stop in to see for yourself!

I can really say that I enjoy going to the dentist! The entire team at Pure Dental Spa are amazing. They have impeccable follow up and make sure you are so comfortable. Dr Patel has a conservative approach and I feel like she is taking great care of me and if it isnt broke dont mess with it attitude is much appreciated. My wonderful paraffin wax, hot neck compress and cooling eye mask were all so relaxing while I was getting the best cleaning ever!! I highly recommend!!

I was worried about the apperance of my gums. The office was able to get me in the very same day. Diana guided me theough out all my visit, from introducing me to the office and walking me through every stage of my appointment. Dr Patel was very comforting and made me feel at ease during my visit. I usually experience enxiety at the destist but the enviromnet made it feel just that of spa, relaxing. The office lives up to its name.

They explained the procedures in great detail and made sure I was comfortable. This place has a very relaxing environment that I never got anxiety about any work done on my teeth. Awesome place! Staff was very polite and accommodating. Dr. Patel was super sweet and gentle (even for a wimp like me). Got a paraffin wax hand treatment and a good-smelling heated neck pillow during my cleaning. Almost fell asleep! Came out relaxed. Not like any other dental experience Ive ever had. Also was told I could model for Colgate the day after.

Very efficient for our first visit. The check-in paperwork is all done electronically which I really appreciated as it was fast. I needed school forms completed for my two kids which were done, placed in an envelope and given to me before my second child was even out of the chair. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful.

Great service! Friendly and professional staff! Not a fan of going to the dentist (who is??!), but I always feel comfortable here - the staff describes everything they are doing so youre not just wondering what the heck is going on. The office is very up to date with all of the technology offered. The staff was very friendly. My appointment was on time and I had a thorough cleaning and they were able to accommodate filling my cavity during my cleaning appointment. The added complimentary services were great too- made me completely relaxed.

The cleaning was rough and uncomfortable. The hygienist continued to work in the same manner even though it was obvious she was hurting me. There was water splashing all over my face and the hygienist ignored that as well. I will not be going back.
