This facility have a professional and competent dental team. All my dental problems were corrected. So I guess your asking why just 3 stars. I was not impressed about their "billing department". They failed to call me about an outstanding balance. Instead, they forwarded this issue to a collection agency thats now sending threats. I would have paid what I owed because Im pleased with the outcome. The dentistry staff is AMAZING. I even tried sending them a check so I could start paying it down. Apparently theyve returned my check back to me via mail. And told me I needed to work with the debt collector. Whose paying for this service? Is that why your calculations are different from my records.... Im waiting for a return call so we can address why I never received a call, informing me that I had an outstanding balance. And if not addressed, it would be sent to a collection agency.

Horrible experience! I called my insurance company (Aetna) looking for a new dental office I could start going to - confirmed verbally by Beverly Shores Smile Center everything (Xrays, dental history) was switched successfully back in November 2016. To fast forward, April 2017 I called Beverly Shores Smile Center to make my 6 month cleaning appointment and they said they never heard of me, never received my Xrays or dental history. Called Aetna and everything was showing that I was with the Beverly Shores Smile Center. I went ahead & switched back to my old dental office ( further away) to avoid further disappointment from Beverly Shores Smile Center (10142 S Western Ave Chicago, Il 60643)

I gave this place 2 stars not because of my orthodontist, I loved all the people who worked on my teeth. However, customer service is important to paying clients (like my mother and I once were). The receptionist Lisa is absolutely the most disrespectful, unorganized, and rudest receptionist I have ever met in ANY facility. She shows no empathy if you are a few minutes late to your appointment (she doesnt give you another solution if you are coming form out of state like myself), she double books your appointments without letting the client know. The list goes on.....and on but an amazing staff excluding LISA. :)

I reached out to this office to set an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist was INCREDIBLY rude. She asked for my coverage information. I provided her with it and she assuredme someone would be back in contact with me in an hour to let me know if I could schedule an appointment (?!?). I found this office through Aetnas site. I KNOW they accept my coverage. No one ever followed up with me. Worst service in Beverly....
