I recommend Artistic Family Dental wholeheartedly and without reservation. I was a longtime patient of the former owner, Dr. LaRoia and I can say that the level of care and expertise has continued and indeed, even improved. The atmosphere is very friendly and the new owner, Dr. Esam Jumani is just wonderful. He is very patient, kind, and thorough. I should also say that it is great to have the continued presence of Esperanza in the office. She is the bridge from the old owner to the new and when she gave her endorsement of Dr. Jumani, I knew I was in good hands. I dont have a fear of dental visits but if someone has had bad experiences or felt like they have been rushed or treated improperly this is the place for you. There is a very family friendly feel to the office. Its always clean and they are very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this office and its staff! Dr. Jumani is very personable and has an excellent chair side manner! His staff are so very willing to help with any matter that will allow your visit to go smoothly. Kiara is amazing and helped me get my benefits to ensure all my services were covered. It feels like family when you walk through those doors and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Dr. Jumani makes sure your treatment plan is fair and explains all your options to you. Its almost like you are family the way he makes sure you are taken care of. He remembers details about his patients so you dont just feel like a number he sees! I would recommend this office to any and everyone! From the time you walk in the door to the time to walk out its a pleasant environment. I will be bringing my entire family to this office.

Best kept secret in South Suburbia...! I needed EMERGENCY care (extraction), I telephone the office, and they got me in within an hour! I was told per exam that my tooth could be saved (via root canal)...I didnt want to submit to hours of brutal pain and drilling. However, the lead Dentist assured me that the highest level of care/sensitivity would be given...At 12:15pm I was in the chair and I was walking out of the door by 1pm...! I didnt know what to think/say (no pain/no side effects). In fact I didnt write this comment until 12:45am (I wanted to be sure what I experienced was the real deal)...SOUTH SUBURBIA...ARTISTIC FAMILY DENTAL IS INDEED THE REAL DEAL! I AM RECOMMENDING THIS FACILITY TO EVERYONE I KNOW/DONT KNOW - If you want quality, excellence, and professionalism your search is over!

Prior to visiting Artistry Family Dental in Hazel Crest, Illinois; Iwas a patient with Center for Dental Excellence in Flossmoor, Illinois. I was not satisfied after starting periodontal cleaning and could not get to the dentist on the days the periodontist would be in the office other than to get out of bed extremely early to see him prior to my work schedule. After an appointment it would be over a month before I could get the next. I took my dental records and made an appointment for Artistry. Best decision I ever made. Dr. Gloria cleaned the 3 leftover quads in one visit. Im a patient for life with Artistry. I left the office feeling good and looking good; all my teeth were the same color. Thanks Dr. Gloria.

Everyone dreads going to the dentist but this super friendly staff made me feel comfortable. Excellent customer service from Esperanza and Xandra. Dr Jumani made me feel comfortable and is super friendly. Just to say that my children were very happy and not scared is a comforting feeling to know. Super clean, excellent customer service, and the available hours are great especially since I work full time and so does my husband. It took me a while to find a dentist and now I can say we found our new dentist and would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

If you are looking for a family dental office that is easy to locate, super clean, well lighted and uses up-to-date equipment and has a amazing super friendly and professional staff, then Artistic Family Dental is where you should go. During our first visit the dentist Dr. Esam Jumani, Esperanza (dental assistant) and Xandra (office manager) took time out to welcomed my family to their office. they made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. By far the best dentist office I have *ever!* been to. The dentists are gentle, considerate, thorough, knowledgeable and informative. The entire staff is friendly and inviting. Words cant express how personable and welcoming they all are.The anxiety I usually experience when visiting the dentist...never there when I sit in the chair at Artistic. I fell asleep in rhe chair during my root canal!! Thats just how relaxed Dr. Gloria made me feel! If u like healthy teeth and affordable treatment plans, You should be here!

I Love This Place! The Receptionist Kiara made me feel welcomed and she knew who I was as soon as I walked in. I didnt wait long, and the cleaning process was very quick and easy. I had to get a fill in and I was terrified of the shot. But, Doctor J. Was so patient and the shot didnt hurt at all, didnt even feel a pinch. He had me in and out of that chair in less than 10 minutes! I will recommend my family and friends to this dentist! Everyone Was So NICE! Great experience

Thanks to Artistic Family Dental for the superb customer service! Thanks to Xandra, and Kierra (sorry if name spelled wrong) in all efforts to accommodate a last minute appointment for me. Unfortunately due to impacted wisdom tooth I was referred out, but huge thanks to Dr. Figuera for her knowledge, and pain intervention given. This office had a warm, friendly/family environment which made me feel at home/welcomed. Wonderful staff/customer service!

My overall experience was amazing. The staff is very personable, they greet you as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Jumani does awesome work, all while making your experience very comforable. As someone who hasnt been to the dentist in quite some time, he was able to walk me through process and help with any nervousness. He truly cares about his patients and their overall oral health. The entire staff was extremely professional, but also amiable with their clients. It made the entire process go very smoothly. Also, Dr. Jumani knows his profession well; he told me problems with my teeth that no other dentist had and was then able to recommend the best method of solving those issues. My daughter was a first time patient and from the moment we walked in the door Diana and Hope were very friendly. Dr Jumani was so nice to my daughter. The office was nice and clean and everything seemed to be well organized I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend them to others.
