Horrible place for dentures!!! My mom had some dentures made here and they have never fit her mouth!!! When she eats they literally fall out of her month. Dentures will not stay in place even with denture grip. She has been to Aspen on numerous occasions to get them adjusted but the dentures still do not fit. Aspen Dental boast "money back guarantee" so mom finally gave up and returned them.....only to get a letter in the mail two weeks later....telling her to return the dentures or they were going to bill her. On her last trip there...she had returned them. During several visits, other patients complaining about the work on their dentures as well. This is fair warning to avoid this place!

Office staff is great! Friendly and professional, they put me at ease right away. If it were only the staff being rated, this would be a five star review. The dentist however is only mediocre. I was in for two extractions and while he did pull the teeth, he did not loosen with a scalpel before the extraction. This will prolong healing and would only have taken an extra minute. He is a bit overbearing and in too much of a hurry. He did not council me about follow up care for my extraction and seemed to be in a bit of a huff about me not scheduling appointments with the hygienist. This was a good emergency visit, and in a similar situation I would go back.

My experience was fantastic. Dr. Morris and his staff have the 2 Ps going for them PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE making you fill that you are there to put a smile on your face as they did with me. I have been in other Dr. Offices and the staff are ot polite and wanting to get the day over with. Not at Florence Aspen Dental Clinic. Every one in the office treats you as a human being with a problem that they can suave, highly trained and knowledgeable what it takes in the dental field to make the patients happy. I would and do recommend Aspen Dental for the ones that need a professional dental service. :) :) :) :) :) smiles from me.

Ive only just begun my journey with Aspen Dental, as I just had my consultation appointment one day ago. But judging by that one visit, I can say that I like the doctor and the staff at this office. I think they are all very smart, professional, and kind hearted people who love what they do and do it well. I believe that same opinion will carry on into my future dealings with them. I dread the procedures ahead of me, dental work is no fun no matter what practice you go to and how good the staff is, but I look forward to the final outcome, which should be a healthy mouth and a pretty smile

The staff was very nice and helpful. I went here because my regular dentist didnt have an opening, and I was having an emergency. After extensive ex rays and an evaluation from the hygienist and the doctor, I was then taken to where we could talk over my care plan. They discussed many things I needed done. I told them I had really needed work on my tooth immediately. They checked to see if he had an opening, and he did, an hour later thank goodness. Its a different experience than your "traditional" dentist, however, I have no complaints on the work they did with my filling.

They are great,And Super Nice Staff, They Do there best to Take Care of You And Your Dental Problems , If your a new patient then your consultation, and xrays and visit with the doc to tell you what they can do and what your options are. And that is all free of charge ,thats for new patients ,and they also do the best they can to try to find a way to help you finance dentures and dental work if needed through a couple of different places . They are Awesome Folks :)

Very nice staff n very professional. The only complaint I have is they told me they were in network with my insurance & when I drove a hour to my appt there , I was seen, then found out they couldnt take care of me. On a good note...I can go to an Apen dental in network & wont have to wait bc they already got xrays,new patient info & a care plan for me in the system. Thank u Aspen Dental

I had an excellent experience at the clinic in Florence, AL.. Dr Morris and his staff were very professional in their work and explaining all the dental care that I was getting performed. They was really nice. The nurses that they have on staff is the best nurses I have ever dealt with. They are very friendly and they do everything they can to help you out. The main nurses I had was by far the best nurse I have had ever. I recommend that you go to Aspen dental to if you need a dentist.

All contact with Aspen Dental has been professional and courteous.I receive reminders about appointments via text and phone. If i have any questions or concerns, they are available. The oral surgeon was great. Nice and caring, checking up on me after surgery. I would recommend Aspen Dental.

It was awful the dentist didnt listen to me when i told him he was hurting my gums he made sires on my gums and also left a piece of tooh im my gums and was rude to me and did mot apologize for anything and keft without saying a word . I will never use Aspen Dfntal ever again !!!!!

Dental work is ok, friendly staff, to expensive for retired people on a fixed income.also never heard of having to pay before service is rendered. Things like this were never explained beforehand. ?????
