Ive been going to SS for about 2 years now and have had an overall great experience. Rarely can you find a doctor who is friendly and personable. I havent had an issue with staff until today. The assistant was so rough and seemed rushed during my cleaning. She wasnt gentle at all while flossing even after I let her know it hurt (yes I floss regularly) and I had a face full of water while she was rinsing the polish away. I wish theyd just use hygienist, they seem to know more of what theyre doing.

Outstanding dentist and staff. Professional and highly skilled. Just had two crowns done in the office recently -- no pain and Dr Pat and her staff are extremely friendly and focused on your comfort level. My highest recommendation for this practice -- from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the front desk staff (Katie and Laura) to the dentist and everyone else, you are treated with care and courtesy.

I recently received dental care from Dr. Pat and the new dentist, Dr. Huang, as expected, received the best dental care. Over the years, everyone in the office has been patient focused and I received great care. Katie in the front office is always professional, friendly, and laughing.

My experience is and has always been the best! I receive excellent care by caring people. Although, dentistry still seems barbaric with chisels and pry bars (Lol!), Stafford Smiles makes your experience the best they can. EVERYONE there is genuine. Its refreshing. Will be back soon. Kelly Felske

Not loving going to the dentist, I was a little apprehensive about my appointment. But when I got there I was taken care of so well and calmed so much that I actually had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rivera and Dr. Reategui.
