this facility isnt in the best of shape i would rather suggest Susquehanna on river side drive its much better in all aspects and its in the same general area or going to a different facilities in the area. the CNAs that work there sit on their cell phones all day while call bells go off indicating that a resident is in need of help yet they still sit at their desk as if nothing is happening some of them even come off as rude and disrespectful to visitors and lower employees and they seem to go through directors pretty quick its seems every couple weeks there is a new one there, and yet its still run the same way. i believe also that some of the workers get treated unfairly due to favoritism and as for the environmental services of this place they all have great heads on their shoulders and do a great job but i wouldnt give the credit to the heads of it due to the frequent changes of directors its seems that the works can run it fine without them and addition to all that they are always hiring implying that they cant keep staff due to being treated unfairly and rehiring old employees that have fired in the past because they are despite for the staff. with the way it looking bridgewater center for rehab is a thriving and struggling facility with little chance for the future i do wish them luck
