If you rely on this company for your payroll, your best bet is to move on. The manager Sharon and her incompetent employee Jill are the worst. They are passive aggressive, condescending, racist and rude. They not only lack customer service, but are stubborn and lazy procrastinators who dont know how to receive a simple fax, speak to an employee properly or respect the person they are speaking to. Any smart chief director would sniff out rotten apples like these two, and replace them with kinder, more knowledgeable and tolerant employees that serve the people and bring traffic to the company. If you have to endure these women in any kind of communication and find they are incompetent, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The way they speak to clients is egregious, appalling and ignorant. I would never hire these women for anything. Its not very hard to speak to people with care. Its not so very hard to take the time to get to know the clients and find out a way to help any issues and resolve it quickly. With Sharon and Jill, its a mean girls game; a micro-aggression that has turned into a full blown derelict of duty. People in the outside world should not have to deal with these two women. It is pretentiousness at another level. I will not be dealing with this company ever again. Its employees are a reflection of the company. If these women are still there, then its a sign the company does not want to move forward or make any money.

The caregivers ask the patients for money. Who hires people like that? My poor neighbor receives care from here and falls to their pity stories and gives her lady money. I just consider that rude and disrespectful. Have some decency for people on a fixed income. How many other losers work at this place? Just disgraceful. Then my poor neighbor was due for antibiotics and when the pharmacy brought her meds, they werent in there. She had me come over as Ive been a med tech and worked for a pharmaceutical company for almost 10yrs just to check bc their wonderful nurse told her she was wrong and was losing it. I checked and double checked all the meds and there was no antibiotics in there. When she asked the nurse to come out to check, the nurse refused. Now tell me if you know and made sure they were in there, why wouldnt you come prove your point. My neighbor has no advocate for her, as shes estranged from the only daughter that lives near here. Its a shame that these places that are supposed to help you to stay on your feet, instead treat you like your incapable so as not to admit to their own mistakes. I hope they start losing their clientele once they realize what this place is really like. This is the location out of East Greenville or Pennsburg, PA.

My 1st job as a PCA with this agency. Had no bad experience with any office employee except ONE MALE whom Ill keep anonymous. With different clients personal care issues seems like if were treated unfair we should be able to report if being mistreated instead I GUESS THE CLIENTS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF THEY WENT THREW NUMEROUS AIDES BCUZ OF THEIR SPOUSE WHOS ANNOYING. Other then that I had a great time being an employee & would recommend anyone to check them out. They will pay you for time & travel!!!!

Promise you one pay then gives you something that wasnt agreed on. This company sends you to locations that are unsafe, or where the patient doesnt really need a nurse.
