Very unusual company as The Owners are very hands on and involved with their clients. They (owners) are available 24/7 and the employees have both of their cell phone numbers in case of an emergency or an case where the employee needs advice or has a question about a clients condition. Ed and Carolyn are Very Unique People in as they Really Care about their clients and are Very Fair to their Employees.

I couldnt be more pleased. Brightstar took control and got things done with care. They transported my 89 yr old mother to her granddaughters wedding driving 300 miles in one long day for them. They showed the utmost care and respect and it made the whole reception and wedding much more enjoyable for all concerned knowing that my mom was in good hands. I highly recommend them!!
