I employed a live-in care giver from Griswold for over four years to care for my cousin. The care giver was fantastic. She took great care of my cousin. One example of the things she would do was she checked the grocery flyer to see what was on sale that week before making out the grocery list trying to save us money. Due to circumstances beyond my control I needed to transfer my cousin to a nursing home. It was the worse thing I could have done, my cousins health, I feel, has declined greatly in the past five months. If there was any way I could bring her home and have a care giver from Griswold, I would do it in a New York minute.

I recently referred a friend to Griswold and she was very pleased with the response time. My friend received a phone call the same day and information was emailed to her. When I followed up with my friend she said that she had a very helpful conversation with the owner. I am giving five stars because when I make a referral to someone - It makes me feel good when they are well treated. I have made other referrals throughout my career and in some cases the person never returned the call which is embarrassing.

Office staff was great. Aides are not properly trained. The care manager had never even met the aide who was clearly disabled. Aides never came with their own gloves. They would be ok for companion service but nothing more
