This is the absolute worse company! I wish I could only give a third of a star to this mess. I have had several bad experiences. They always blame the last person you spoke with for not placing your order for supplies. I waited in excess of up to two months for a simple mask & filter replacement the first time. This time I have a leaking tank on my Bi-pap & called in on May 29, 2017 to report it. I have called everyday since that speaking to someone who puts me on hold forever & then hangs up just to find out today (June 8, 2017) that the one person who stayed on the line is a tech & cant order supplies! So the lady was ordering the tank today that I thought was on the way! Now I still have to wait to receive it! Im BEYOND PISSED OFF with this sorry excuse of a company! And to make matters worse I tried to change to another company just to find out that Im stuck with them for five more months! If I have to wait as long for them to transfer my paperwork to the new company as I do for supplies I am afraid I will die in my sleep from lack of treatment.

Pro Truck Driver

My first CPAP Supplier was Medi Home Care, never had a problem with them. Always on time delivery. Medicare dropped them now I am with ABC Health care and not very happy with their service, late on shipping supplies, date ordered doesnt match or comes close to matching date of service on EOB from Medicare which by that mistake instead of getting my supplies every 3 months, I get a 3 month supply about every 4 months. I talked to the Manager this morning about the service. Ill give them another shot at getting the orders right and on time. If solved, I will increase the Stars on my review. UPDATE July 15, 2017: I have received my supplies from ABC Health Care today and everything is in order. It looks like talking to Craig the Manager of ABC helped to get things in order. I ordered from my ABC online account on July 5th and received the order today July 15th which is right on time. Keep up the good work ABC. You got 5 Stars from me.

Although the staff is pleasant and professional, I have been trying to get supplies for my machine for 3-4 months. I went in to the location and the nice young lady at the desk put in another request and 3 weeks later still have no supplies. The first time I checked on the order they told me it was being reviewed for non-compliance yet I was receiving messages congratulating me on my compliance. I received a call stating I was eligible for supplies and ordered once again. Now they state it will be 7-14 more days before I receive supplies. We will see.

Undependable and lacking in customer service. I placed an order for supplies in November and was informed my order would take 10 days to two weeks. After three weeks I called and was informed my order was placed but I would not receive any thing until after the holidays. In January I was informed I needed to have my machine read for supplies. My next appt was in February where my doctor confirmed I was good for a year an they should have sent the supplies. At any rate, I have lost trust and find it hard to believe anything this company says.

ABC Healthcare has been providing my CPAP supplies for several years. Id like to write a favorable, but that would be a lie. Almost every shipment isnt right. More than once I have had to drive from my home, in Virginia Beach, to the office in Chesapeake. Apparently, to get the correct CPAP supplies, Ill have to drive to the ABC office each time Im eligible for new supplies.

Absolutely awful! Orders placed are always wrong and takes a month or more to receive the supplies. Ive complained more than once and it goes no good. Perhaps I should start complaining to Tricare and maybe they will change their contract to another more reliable company.
