Only been using them for about 4 days didnt have a choice due to insurance. This is the second day I was not put on anyones schedules with no heads up. I wasnt put on anyone schedule the second day of care. Granted I only have a midline in my arm and just need antibiotics once a day that isnt the point. I expressed to them that I am a single mom and live alone with my 3 daughters. I am right handed and the midline had to be put in my right arm. So now I am sitting here about to teach my 10 yr old to flush my line and start my antibiotics. Its not a hard thing to do but I was originally told i would be on someones schedule today because my dressing needs to be changed and blood work was supposed to be done today. I had to call to find out that no one was coming by. We will see how they do the rest of the week.

We used Personal Touch for eight weeks to bath my 92 yr old bed-bound mother-in-law. We were scheduled for three times a week but the aide only made it three times in one of the eight weeks. Most of the rest she only showed twice and one week it was once. There was NEVER any advance warning that she would not be able to come nor did they send a substitute aide. The management of this company never showed any interest in us as customers - no personalized care - no explanations - no attempt to correct the the situation - seemingly no accountability for their aides. The personal advocates they assign are worthless - all they do is to transfer your call to someone else. Their name should be IMPERSONAL NO TOUCH! Stay away if you have any choice. If I could give them zero stars I would.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. They rip you off and half the time they come to your house they sit there and do other patients charts/information. They lied and said we owed more than we needed to. They dont know what theyre doing and its a waste of money choosing them.
