I received an automated call asking me if I wanted to order new medical supplies. I said yes (BIG MISTAKE). Some of the supplies I received were for the wrong type of machine (this is the second time I received supplies for the wrong type of machine). I called for a week trying to get the correct supplies sent. A representative at this branch office told me that I had to call a different number (this was obviously the extent of her customer service skill set). I called the corporate number to try to get resolution and a representative told me that she could put in a complaint and someone would call me the next day - well no call came. The next day I called her and she then told me that my complaint is still in review. All I want is accurate information and one call resolution, instead I got the run around and I am done. Apria is not the only game in town. ZERO customer service. They do not deserve a one star.

I totally agree wiht the other reviewer. Apria will keep calling and calling you in a high pressure sales tactic to get you to order something from them. But then they do not send you what you ordered. They send you whatever they feel like sending. Its like a bunch of monkeys with blindfolds on in the warehouse who pick up whatever they have in front of them and throw it in a box. And to make it worse, they wont take it back or exchange it for what you actually ordered. Stay as far away as possible from this company. On many forum boards they are considered the most EVIL of all DME supply companies.

Customer service rep "Sharon" seemed to be in a fog when speaking to her. Couldnt find my previous records, and there are several years worth on file. She was so out of touch that Im thinking she never took any customer service training unless she was in a fog during class. Asked if she were a new employee- " Ive been here 25 years" Time to retire and time for the whole department to step -up, including management for allowing this types of behavior. Taking my business to a company that cares

I had to go in and address several issues. The picking up of tanks, the dropping off of the right ones. When you speak to someone in the office MIMI is her name simply rude. I can take rude. I cant accept mediocrity. I cant accept simply instructions that are ignored. After 3 years. I left. Apria needs to have customer service training.

The worst company. Avg hold time over 20 minutes. Was supposed to delivery 2 small tanks instead dropped off 8 on the front porch, never took the empty tanks.
