Good company and most of the staff was nice. Very nice nursing director. They did have a lot of clients that you could pick up hours from. So if you did not have a regular client that you seen daily, you could pick up hours from a list of open clients for the week that the managers would send out. They also offered medical benefits and had a scholarship program.

Great company to work for! The office staff is amazing and communication couldnt get any better. The pay is good too. The clients Im sent to are great. When ever there has been a problem the office is very easy to work with and understanding. I have worked for other agency companies an I feel Bayada is definitely the best one!

Good company . they send you to far locations but the pay was great and you received a 0.25 raise every 3 months . theres a staff there who helps you get clients but she was very rude . they are quick to fire people if you call off two days in a row. there policies are if you cant do it dont take the offer.
