Heathen Goddess
The nurses that come into my grandmothers home are lazy, cannot understand basic English, and are never on time. The weekday nurse is supposed to be here from 8am-4pm, yet she comes past 9 and leaves around three-most of the time without my grandmothers knowledge. During her time here, shell usually "go to the store" taking hours at a time. Mind you, the store is less than a 3 minute walk from our home. She always has some excuse for what she does wrong usually along the lines of "I dont understand" when shes been for for 4 years+. I would think she would be accustomed to washing soiled clothes, giving baths, feeding, giving needed medication, and assisting her with whatever needs she needs taken care of. When she is here shes on the phone talking up a storm not hearing my grandmother calling her for help. The weekend nurse is supposed to be here from 9am-1pm. She comes in at 10 or 11 and leaves at 12. She doesnt do anything but give her medication and feed her. After that she reads a book. She doesnt help her to the bathroom or use the bathroom, she doesnt change her soiled sheets,etc and she doesnt clean up after herself. Every time I call to complain theres always something "wrong". I would not recommend this business to anyone I cared about nor an enemy.

Nurses are incompetent to provide elder care; they steal and damage personal property and their management team is very unresponsive. Ive sent multiple email to them and they have yet to respond regarding a relative they provide care for. These nurses are rude, the spend more time watching TV and talking on their cellphones versus doing the light house work and patient care they are supposed to provide

The aides have a tendency to be late, a lot. Theyre rude and unprofessional. They rarely speak fluent English, and when theyre watching my mom they sit around all day on their phones. This agency is a nightmare to deal with... if your insurance can afford another agency, avoid Ideal Nursing at all cost.

I have a aide he is always late with a excuse and never is in uniform doesnt speak fluent English he comes late and always wants to leave before his time Im sick of this agency Im acquiring for all new aides for me i complain and nothing changes.
