I have read some of the reviews, and Im sorry that they did not have a good experience with American Care Partners. My experience with them as a whole was a good experience and I would gladly recommend them to anyone that I know that are in need of quality service for their love one. My family started our partnership with American Care Partners around March 2011. We were with another agency, who was not able to give my mom the quality of care that we expected. My mom was very sick, and her case was very complicated. From the very beginning American Care Partners made us feel that they were very concerned about my moms condition and would do the best to meet her needs and our expectations. We were very satisfied with the care my mom was given through the aides that represented the agency. I personally was very involved in my moms care an had very high expectations knowing that my moms condition was terminal her quality of care was extremely important to my family. My mom transitioned on January 6, of this year and Im very thankful for the care that she received through this agency. Being very passionate about my moms care, I can truly say that I was not always a cheer and a smile to deal with. The Dr. and his Assistant Mr. Ali always dealt with me in a professional manner and were always on point with coming to check on my mom as well as making sure any question or concern that I had, was immediately resolved. Most importantly, my mom was very happy, and knew that the aides that were placed in her home were the cream of the crop, and provided her with excellent care. I cant thank them enough for their professionalism in partnership with us to ensure that my mother received the best care that they could provide. Would I recommend American Care Partners, most definately. I;m so glad that I decided to give them a call when we were at the end of our ropes with the many other agencies that we had tried who simply were unable to meet my moms medical needs and our expectations.

You want to get home care service for your loved ones because you care for them and want them to be in the right hands. If that is the case STAY AWAY from this home healthcare agency .The LPNs and CNAs that D. Demoz, the executive MD of this place provides are rarely background checked before they are sent to your loved ones. His staffing practice is very unethical. When he gets a new client that needs to be staffed he would randomly call any CNA or LPN who has never worked for this guy before. They would come to the office fill out an application and get sent to the client sight. And the caregiver file would just stay in that pile for weeks or even months before he would even bother to do a background or reference check on them. So yes before you want to put your kids or parents or any loved ones in the hands of the professionals, do some research. NEVER EVER TRY THIS AGENCY!!! Unless you want to risk your loved ones life. How do I know? I was unfortunate enough to work for this guy for few months. But his unethical practices put me off. You would wonder how he is still in business?? I regret to say he is a master of deceiving. He knows every possible way to bend the laws and find loop holes. I just wanted people to know his truth. He had several reviews by his patients on google but somehow he managed to hide it now they do not show up on google search. I am sure he will hide this review somehow as well. But if my review can even help one family stay safe I would consider this to be worth it.

In October 2012, my father-in-laws Alzheimers took a major turn for the worse and it became very necessary for around-the-clock care. With the loving support provided by American Care Partners, he was able to remain at home with his wife until he passed away a year later. His caregivers provided thoughtful and consistent care throughout his long illness--even as his needs became more involved. They worked very well with each member of our family, his doctor, and hospice. We miss him very much, but we are comforted knowing that with the care and support provided by American Care Partners, his last long days were the best they could be.

Concerned Citizen

Nurses fell asleep while on duty with our severely ill child. Nurses were not properly trained to give medicine and attempted to give wrong dosage of anti-clotting medication. Speak limited English. Lazy, sitting around constantly eating. Didnt wash their hands. If you have a ventilator, forget it. The nurses we had zero experience and training with a child who needed specialized care. Horrible. If you care about your child, I urge you to keep looking elsewhere. Do not fall for their false marketing up front that they can take care of critically ill children. They demonstrated the opposite.

Since 2012, Professional, Reliable, Skilled, Compassionate..Im very blessed with the care American Care Partners are providing for my mother. Dr.Demoz and his caregivers assisted my mother in a loving, healing & comfortable quality life. I highly recommend anyone for superior quality home care to American Care Partners.

This place needs to be investigated for fraud. Hiring illigal immigrants to take care of your family members and using other people information who have come their and apply for job and never got hired. The take your application and get all your info and then uses it to hire friends etc.

My experience thus far is good with this agency as it relates to the office staff. i am just concerned about the LPNs they hire. i had a very bad experience with one of there nurses i have reported my concern to them my concern is are they going to address it?.
