Requested a two hour home health aide for my elderly disabled mother. She has had a caregiver for 10 years to help with AM care, but recently moved into the Phoenixville area and I was looking for a new service. 2 unprofessional men own this company. They told me to look for another agency because they felt my mothers case was "too involved" and required at least 3 hours of care each day. I found another agency the next day without any issues.
