Dr. Shinaishin and Briony provided our pediatric care for about a year while we lived in the area -- and with an infant-turned-toddler and a newborn, that meant we were frequent visitors to the office. :) I cant say enough fantastic things about them both, or about the office as a whole. Every visit was incredibly pleasant and thorough, and its obvious that every staff member truly cares about the patients and families they serve. We were always seen promptly and no visits ever felt rushed. Both providers are exceedingly competent and managed to be reassuring to me as a fairly new parent while never minimizing my concerns. Both providers are exceptionally accessible via the online portal and after-hours when needed. When we moved out of the area, leaving this practice was one of our biggest losses. They are simply wonderful.

If you are looking for a warm and fuzzy front desk, this is not the office for you. (ie - if you want to be greeted with a smile, acknowledged with a cheerful hello when you call, any expression of warmth, etc) While efficient, this one person in particular is curt, seems disinterested in helping me and comes across pretty unfriendly, both in person and on the phone. If you can get past this brief encounter, you will be very pleased with the rest of the office. The rest of the staff and the other gal at the front are wonderful. We have a favorite doctor, but both are helpful and listen to our concerns. I love how they treat me as well as how they treat my sons.

I love this place! Starting with the receptionist Jessica, very professional & kind. I had my hands full with 2 toddlers and bags. She ran to my aid to open the door an assisted us in. She then gets us quickly checked in and sets up the next well check appointments because of how far out the Dr.s are booked. Love that! I cant say anything bad about this place. I love the layout of the office, to the nurses and their warm, fun personalities, to the Doctors and their broad spectrum of knowledge. I finally found a doctors office who is familiar with my daughters rare condition. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

I love them! This is a perfect example of what caring, kindness and professional services practices should be like. From the moment I walked in the door, the front desk, nurse and ultimately the doctor. Each one of them greeted, listened and cared to each of my concerns. I recently moved from MD and I was looking for a pediatrician. It was very hard but I am blessed that I found Milestones Pediatric & Adolescents. If you want a place that cares, listens, professionalism, and treat you with respect...this is the practice to go. -Araceli

Great office. After walking in the door for my newborns first appointment, I was astounded to see a nearly fully-stocked Finding Nemo aquarium in addition to the great service and care. The fish tank separated the room for the sick/health patients, and they also had a separate room for newborns, where new mothers could breastfeed out of the public eye if needed. If I had to give a con to this place, it would only be in the $100-first-visit insurance-security deposit (refundable after its verified). Great care, I love it here.

My children really love their NP. Shes very warm and informative. They have a newborn/baby waiting room, which I really appreciated. Also appreciated that their waiting room is separated for well/sick children. My main pro is the fact that they have after school appointments and Saturday hours for emergencies. With our introductory visit we received a tour of the facility and a meet and greet with Dr. Shin.

We selected this practice for our child. The hours, service and standards are above the others in the area I visited in preparation for our newborns arrival. I feel completely at ease with Dr. Shinaishin, and in no way over zealous when I resent him with a multitude of first time mom questions and concerns.

This place is exactly what you want out of a doctors office. Friendly efficient receptionists and little to no wait time. Dr. Shinaishin is amazing. Our children feel very comfortable with him and we as parents trust him 100% We would drive any distance to go to this office.
