Understaffed. Management needs to look into it. Waited 4 and a half hours to only be told I couldnt be seen. I was the second person there for walk-ins. I come back six months later, only to realize after 4 years of going somewhere else for mental help, they still have terrible mental illness help here. They dont believe mental illness is real or serious. Itsnot alright. This is why people dont get help when they need it, because ignorant doctors. Im sure not everyone is bad here, but I would like to know where the good ones are hiding. I was told that they needed to test me for something I already have been diagnosed with for four years by the doctor. The doctor refused to listen to me explaining this, gave me one sheet of paper to "test me" with what I already had bren diagnosed with, then told me to come back in two weeks. If someone is coming to you asking for mental help or physcial, it is your job as a doctor to treat them with respect and treat it seriously. Not play them off because you judged them for 5 minutes and they seem "fine". This is ignorance at its finest. I could have filled out that paper in five minutes and then she could have helped me with getting on some medication IN THE LEAST. I tried to ask but they wouldnt even tell me the doctors name. All I know is that she is hispanic and has an heavy accent, and shes incredibly rude. Shes the type of person that if she ever reads this, she probably would claim shes a victium of rascicm and did nothing wrong. I assure you shes just a bad doctor and thats not the case. Never coming back.

Excellent dental care. Have two grand children and facility was very attentive and were able to save 10 year olds tooth with difficult filling. Both 10 year old girl and 9 year old boy have been to facility 4 times now and both were afraid of the dentist but no more. They raved about hardly feeling a thing and the dentist were super attentive. We showed up 15 minutes before appointment and were seen within minutes either early or just a little late of appointment scheduled time. Entire staff is there to serve and they carry themselves that way. The Doctors are extremely good and patient oriented. You would have to search far to find better care if it exists. Absolutely NOT 2nd hand care. I have excellent doctors, the kind that are talked about in medical circles and privately among patients. I have specialized conditions and I have a good health care plan. I have to sit in reception area often for periods beyond 30 minutes waiting to see my doctor. It is not because they are sipping tea and watching cartoons in some back room. They are caring for patients. You never know if you will be a 15 minute visit or a 30 to 45 minute visit in any Doctors office. If you are not use to seeing a doctor I feel for you as far as understanding what goes on. I imagine many patients who come in to Health Point are ill and need special care. So if you wait consider that the doctor is taking care of the patient the way you want to be taken care of. Its NOT Fast Food People!

The nurse that we had was very kind and helpful. The doctor that we seen, Dr. Bastawros, was rude, disrespectful and absolutely did not help us in any way possible. My 21 year old son has epilepsy and feels embarrassed by it, she preceded to try and tell him how he should be feeling. And that I needed to be quiet. In witnessing what he goes through on a daily basis and he could barely talk as his tongue is bitten up, I felt she was very unprofessional. She told us that she had informed us to see a neurologist and I told her that we had made the appointment but there 6 to 9 months out. As hes had an increase in his seizures, we was pleading for her help and she started yelling saying that we made her uncomfortable. This I dont understand. As a family doctor, where we have went for years, this is the first time Ive ever encountered this type of treatment, although my son said she was rude the very first time he seen her. Every other doctor has been kind and helpful. Needless to say we wont be going back to that location. She needs to learn bedside manner, learn to listen to her patients. One of the other staff members told me we would be better off going to another location to be seen as she is like this everyday. If its something more than a common cold, dont go to this location.

I would not recommend this compassionless place at all. I am a Gout patient, who has been seem by various doctors over the last decade or so for it. Sometimes I will have an attack so bad I am bed ridden and cannot walk, crutch, or drive. In this case I would need prednisone or some other anti-inflammatory steroid. In this instance they withheld this medicine, saying I had to come in to be prescribed this medicine. If I could walk to come in, I probably wouldn’t need the medicine. So since I am already in horrible pain, they compound my discomfort by mentally stressing waiting 6 days to even give me a yes or no answer whether or not they will help me. Finally they say no, due to “liability” reasons. This would be fine if I were a new patient without a medical history. I have been given this medicine before, as it is the only type of medicine I’ve encountered that will knock out the swelling, pain, and inflammation of a Gout attack. I even mentioned to the provider, Bishop is her name that I may need this in the future if I get a severe attack that leaves me immobile. She didn’t say no then. I have never in my life so neglected and uncared for by a provider and organization.

Horrible establishment....DO NOT go to Florence. I waited an hour for results for blood work from a physical! Told the assistant who was extremely nice that I had to leave ...she understood and gave me my results after a waiver was signed ...but I also asked for a refund since I did not see the doctor, she told me that I had to go to the front for reimbursement. I unfortunately had to deal with the girls at the front desk ..who on prior visits just sit there talk to each other were actually having to work and you could tell they were not happy about it. I told them that I was in a hurry and I could not wait any longer and that I needed a refund ...they both were EXTREMELY rude ...and both told me that I had to sit and wait for a refund....they obviously have ZERO common sense as to why I needed a refund nor did they care. I had to leave but I will continue to contact management until Im refunded as well as making sure nothing goes through my insurance. Save yourself the trouble of wasting your time at this place! I also agree with other reviews that this place should be shut down...they have no clue what they are doing.

1.ONE of the WORST family care i ever seen in my life. I visited for yearly medical check-up. There is no Physician or Doctor . Except Nurse practitioner!!! Its totally a lie that there is no space for regular physician, you have to wait for 100 years ! As because they are cheap for healthcare. 2. The freaking Telephonic system is absurd, many many branches. No clear number to talk to Florence branch , always goes to voice mail. Left vm many times, But Totally a BS. No response, Sometime waited for 30 minutes by giving as a doctors office, then someone pick up the phone and transfer to VM. Its Funny. 3. The NP and Staffs are not knowledgeable at all, what code should needs to send to the insurance company. i was suffering for more then 2 months with freaking insurance bills as bcz of their wrong code. My understanding , TOTAL MEDICAL SYSTEM here is broke down. NP & Doctors just worried about the commission from insurance company ,lab and from the pharmacy . Needs a revolutionary change.
