Done with this doc. We NEVER see Dr. Plotkin. It is always an assistant or nurse, which is fine from time to time. But weve seen the doctor once or twice in a couple of years, for two kids. More over the cleanliness of the office has gone down hill each time we are there (which is not terribly often, thank goodness). Their restroom of all things. Faucet was broken. Soap dispenser broken. Door jams are always filthy with finger prints Etc. My son was there 3 days ago for a well check and now has a screaming fever.....

My child has only seen Dr. Plotkin once despite being a patient for over 2 years. They overcharge on their bills, the latest one I got was for an ear wax removal that did not happen. They were unable to get the ear wax out of my childs ear and I had to take her elsewhere. They always reschedule follow up appointments that are not needed in order to drive up the cost. We are done with this office and will not be returning.

We moved away 2 years ago, but we still make the 40 min drive. I visited other pediatricians closer but theres no comparison. We love the staff and how quickly you can get in and out for appointments.

Love their extended hours and they always get my son in same day when hes sick. They are proactive, which is something that other doctors offices certainly lack.

I went as a patient in college for a sports physical and felt that they really cared. Very friendly staff and I was in and out quickly!
