The receptionist Joann was very rude. I did not have a pay stub to show my proof of income. She did not elaborate to me that I could show my w2 form .I did not know that I could show my W2 form until I was in the back room with the nurse reading a sign. THERE ARE NO SIGNS UP FRONT indicating the other forms of income. Also there are no signs indicating that you must show your proof of income BEFORE you go to the back to see a nurse. I spoke with the supervisor after paying over $276 for my services I was trying to explain what happened and the receptionist began to interpret to plead her case. That should have never happened!! That is horrible customer service!! I should have never been interupted..I felt as those the receptionist thought I was uneducated and poor..I had the money to pay for my services.Weather if I was wrong or right that is not good customer service. People please get health insurance and go to a REAL doctor or physician so the people that work there will not make you feel like you are uneducated.

Im sorry but this sucks. The staff is nice but slow. To long of a wait. Shots for international travel if not we wouldnt be here.
