There were helpful staff in several parts of this location. They were polite informative and patient. One person was jazzy but overall everyone else were really courteous. Pretty nice and clean especially for a high volume public place.

Rude customer service never again I would advise anyone who donates money to this establishment to stop right away donate to Emory instead at least they actually care about potential patients

The people are rude and unprofessional. Theres not much privacy and it takes forever to be seen. Also, I feel that the rooms could be a bit cleaner.
