If it wasnt for the actual Doctor (dentist) this rating would be lower. She is amazing! Gentle and wise! She really cares for you and I can tell this is her passion..however I hope she sees this because I would love to work for her! The receptionists who answer the phones are terrible!!! So rude! "Hi do you guys have anything free for tomorrow?" "Yes..." "Sooooo what times do you have open?" "We are open until 8[i forgot what time she said]) "Sooo can I make an appointment or should I just walk in?" "Its whatever you want" So unprofessional! Never once did they ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment and thats what I was waiting for! Theres was so much attitude over the phone for no reason! You answer phones and make good money how bad can you have it!? Anyway will keep coming here because of her. Oh!and the location isnt the best but hey its close to home so cant complain. P.s. I am serious about working for you! I can bring all the ratings up, super friendly! -Denise E.

These people have destroyed my self esteem, and my appearance. I went in because i had 2 of my front teeth that were slightly chipped. They said crowns would be the best solution. The dentist shaved my teeth down to absolutely nothing. Put these temporary crowns on and those keep falling off even the permanent ones. Ive endured so much pain with shots in my mouth having to keep coming back due to malpractice from the dentist. Today i was told from a different dentist that the previous dentist made my teeth to small for a crown to actually hold in place permanently. Now i have to wait for my medical insurance to approve other treatment that possibly wont cover my work. Very unsatisfied!!! Today the dentist put a temporary crown on and it immediately fell off!! I just dont know what to do! Do not go to any of dental dreams locations! Please!! I repeat!! Do not go to any of there locations!! They have made my life a living hell!! They do not care for there patients at all!!

At first it was nice, they seem understand and the dentist felt as if she cared. But the front desk people really make me uncomfortable and seem like they horse play..and giggling seems like a honby they do. Made me feel even more anxiety. The dentist is great. But they really should replace there front desk girls to more respectful and nicer ones. I had to cacel mt appoiment this pass friday because this front desk girl really made me feel uncomfortable. She said the dentisit i see is not for all week so i said never mind. And left. A disappointed.

I been taking my kids to dental dreams on cicero Ave for 2 yrs. then I decided to take them to my mothers dentist and they asked me if I got my kids dental work in a foreign country! they r going to have to repeat all the fillings because they were done incorrectly. Im very disappointed in this establishment and I do not recommend dental dreams for any1!

Made an appointment. Went to my appointment. Waited 45 minutes for the receptionist to call my name just to tell me they do not except my insurance. Unbelievable! You think they ask about the insurance before hand. Seriously needs a new receptionist.

They just want you in and out. It was a very painful experience. The doctor took like 5 minutes, she did it very fast not caring about the pain she was causing.
