THIS REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FAMILY DENTAL CARE. NADA Just sharing my afternoon Upon approaching the front door after my husband dropped me off, I encountered a sign saying due to construction, I should walk around to the back and use the stairs? WHOA! Being handicapped, I cannot walk very far, much less around the entire building to the back door in 90 degrees. Well, I took my time trying not to lose my balance and made it. Meanwhile, my husband is looking for me. He didnt see that sign because he parked in back after dropping me off in the front, and took the stairs. Hello - STAIRS - 2 flights up - I havent taken stairs in over 6 months since back lumbar surgery, Fibro and OA. Well, I made it this far, so I took the stairs one at a time using both feet and clinging to the banister. Sweating profusely, I made it to the office to find my husband sitting there asking me where I was? I was not a happy camper. Having forgotten about taking the antibiotics, I was given 4 and swallowed them. I also needed my cane and a pain pill badly. Like I said, this experience has absolutely NOTHING to do with Family Dental.

Wow, i was referred to Dr Demas at Family Dental Care Park Ridge from a friend. I checked out his reviews online and some of the before and photos that are on his website. I knew that i had some dark spots (cavities) on my teeth that were starting to hurt. I was a little nervous since i hadnt been to a dentist in a while, but from the moment i walked in, i have a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and the office is beautiful. Dr Demas and his hygienist went over a few intra-oral photos of some of the cavities and said i needed some fillings. On the day of the appointment, Dr Demas took me step by step how the fillings were going to be done. The whole visit was painless and great. He even took before and after photos for me to see how my teeth look like now. Man, the fillings feel great and look so real that i cant even tell what is the filling and what is the tooth. I highly recommend Dr Demas and his entire staff at Family Dental Care Park Ridge and i will definitely keep going for my 6 month check ups.

Dr. Demas and the rest of the team have provided my wife and I with service consistently above expectations. Weve had work dont ranging from a standard cleaning to a root canal to teeth whitening. The service and people has had coming for years and we live downtown next to 1,000 additional dentist offices but drive to Park Ridge because the level of trust thats been established cant be beaten. We appreciate all that you guys do.

The staff made me feel very welcomed (new patient) and my appointment started right when it was scheduled. Dr. Diaz is amazing! Seriously, I wanted to hang out longer and who says that about going to the dentist??? I would highly recommend Family Dental Care and Dr. Diaz. Just book your appointment already!!!

The office was new and clean. The receptionist was kind and handled the busy waiting area well. The hygienist was very personable, did a great job and gave good tips on future dental care. The doctor came in for a quick visit and encouraged me to keep up my appointments.
