I hate writing negative reviews but if this helps just one person avoid what I went through then its worth it. I had a cleaning scheduled last week. Its now 5 days later and my gums are still extremely sensitive/raw because of how rough the hygienist was. I complained several times while on the chair - it honestly felt like she was butchering me. She dismissed my claims, saying that some pregnant women (Im 4 months pregnant) are more sensitive than others (in other words its my fault) but didnt let up until I became visibly upset. She was even rough while measuring my gums. I asked her to stop for a min because it hurt so much, after which she asked if Id ever had that done before. Completely rude and condescending! She also refused to so much as move/adjust herself to reach some parts of my teeth and instead asked every 20 seconds or so for me to move my head closer to where she wanted me to be and/or to open my mouth more (my mouth was already opened as wide as it could go!). Its worth saying that in my entire adult life Ive had just one cavity, and that my previous dentist/hygienist raved about my oral hygiene. Unfortunately, moving the the burbs meant I had to find a local dentist and is why I went to Dr Fieldhouse. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Ive been seeing this dentist since the late 80s. He is very knowledgeable and really knows his craft. My God given teeth are a challenge to maintain, and all of his work has held up nicely. He often advises me to do nothing, giving up some income that he could have easily secured. He does care about your situation and strives to accommodate the best he can. I had a huge filling fall out and they set me up with an appointment a few days later, The staff is friendly and skilled. I highly recommend him.

The staff is very friendly and go the extra amount in helping you make appts. The hygienists take their time to make sure you are comfortable and ask thruout the procedure. Dr.Fieldhouse spends time with each patient making them relaxed and answers all their questions in terms the client can understand. I would recommend this office and staff to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly dentist!

Dr Fieldhouse has been my dentist for 18 years and now he cares for my husband and son as well. He is friendly, gentle and takes the time to explain everything to you. He believes in a conservative and preventative approach to dental health. Rima the dental hygienist is gentle and amazing. I am well over 40, my teeth are in great shape and I dont mind going to the dentist because they have a great team!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Dr. Fieldhouse was great. Not being a patient of his he saw me for an emergency within hours of my call. He was friendly thorough and knowledgeable. He went over my options and was able to make the necessary appointment with an oral surgeon whom I saw within hours. I definitely will be Dr. Fieldhouses patient for all future care.
