I have known Dr. Forte for several years now and he is excellent in his profession. Chris has taken the time to reinvest back into his business with state of the art equipment along with a clean relaxing waiting room. When I walk in I feel relaxed and the staff is very friendly. Also, in each of the offices he has taken the time to put tvs in so you can sit back and watch your favorite show. Overall I would recommend Dr. Forte to take care of all your dentist needs. Great guy and reasonably priced!

I was recently visiting my family from out of town and while eating out I broke a tooth. Of course this was a Friday afternoon. My family recommended that I call Dr. Forte. I called the office and the receptionist got me in the next morning. I had excellent results and no pain. The office staff are so nice and funny and Dr. Forte is so gentle and put me at ease quickly. I highly recommend this office!

Despite moving 30 miles away from Dr. Fortes practice 15 years ago, my husband and I still trek to his office for our dental needs. When you find a great dentist you dont let a few miles keep you from going back. He is professional, honest, skilled and friendly. His staff is also wonderful!

Dr, Forte is the best dentist I have ever gone to. I used to live in Brookfield but now Wisconsin. I needed a second opinion on dental work and drove the 2 hours to see him, such being my trust and resoect. I could not recommend him more highly. Paul W. Preston, Bristol WI.
