I have to use my husbands Google name, but my name is Tina. I am so happy with my new dental group and dentist at Mill Creek Dental in Palos Park. My late grandfather had used Dr. Vincent Greci and Dr. Sheri Sentic-Greci for many years and had always wanted me to go there, but I lived a bit farther away at that time and I always wanted to be loyal to the dentist I had been using. Now that Ive moved closer to the Orland/Palos area, Ive had the opportunity to try out Mill Creek Dental and I must say that now, in hindsight, I would have traveled "far and wide" to have my dental care by the Greci dentists and their assistants. At first impression, the secretary Dawn, was an absolute perfect first face to see at the door of the dentist office; professional, kind, and appeared happy to help answer all of my questions and concerns. She was patient and friendly from the beginning, and now, since having all my dental work performed at Mill Creek, Dawn has continued to exhibit these professional qualities. She is thorough in her guidance to me and knows a great deal about her work, which helps her respond to my questions thoroughly and in a way that I can understand. I am very appreciative of Dawns hard work that goes above-and-beyond. Thank you so much. Next, I am also very impressed with the overall Dedication to my smile as well as the very gracious Respect that two of the dental assistants have shown me (and my teeth). Specifically, Nevila and Laura have worked diligently on gently cleaning and preparing my mouth for the dentist. (My very dear grandfather had absolutely adored Lauras demeanor whenever he came in to have dental work performed, and now I can see why, as I have experienced her upbeat personality for myself.) What great smiles both of these ladies had when they worked with me, which made me feel like they like their jobs, take pride in their work, and they made me feel important, like a person, not just another number/customer/everyday patient. Finally, having trust in your dentist is one of the most important things a patient can have. Dr. Vincent Greci earned my trust by his thorough guidance, again, making me feel like a person, rather than just a number to him. This is vital. I appreciate his honesty and the pride he has in his profession. I really appreciate his thorough and clear instructions for after treatment as well as his written responses to a number of usual questions a patient might have about basic and/or extensive care. One can tell that these treatments are not this dentists first rodeo; he knows his work very well. Knowing that youre being treated with someone with experience is very important to me. I also admire Dr. Grecis quality treatment, as he was gentle, understanding and patient with me while performing dental work. He is insistent on perfection, which can be intimidating at first for someone with not a high personal self-esteem; but by the end of treatment, youre so glad he was your dentist! Thank you to Dr. Greci and his whole team of quality performance! I am glad I chose you, just sorry it took me so long to get there.

I highly recommend Mill Creek Dental in Palos Park, IL. At my first visit, they thoroughly explained some problems they noticed with previous fillings I had with another dentist, took pictures to show me the problems, and explained what needed to be done to fix them. Im all fixed up and enjoy the thorough cleanings thereafter. Love the honesty and integrity the entire staff has. If you do not have dental insurance, they provide a nominal costing annual package that helps reduce your out-of-pocket cost. Helped me out considerably.
