the lady at the front desk the oldest one was so rude that she cant explain what my insurence is covering among the treatment. The reason im giving it 1 star is because i wasnt able to obtain my appt and she says that there is 75$ fee for that and i says that im not realy able to came and she says that way we gonna charge u 75$ SO i went there and ask her why to charge me if i really cant came and she says that i didnt say it was an emergency so only because i didnt say its an emergency but it was pretty much.. she just ruin the dental operator respect ..im disappointed and wait for apology ..bte the young girl did a great job!

My first visit was yesterday afternoon. I have always been afraid to go to the dentist. All the staff has been wonderful and helped me feel at ease. I cant remember the dentist last name off hand, I saw Dr. Sandy last name starts with a M. She is spectacular! I have never been so comfortable with a dentist. And her assistant yesterday was spectacular as well. They both were so patient and kind with me. I will definitely return, as well as bring my daughter and highly recommend the Burr Ridge office. Thank you all so much.

Stephanie (hygienist) was amazing!!! I have really bad anxiety going to the dentist. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I had a deep cleaning done and it was painless. She has a gentle hand and took her time. Did a great job! Front desk staff are great as well, very friendly.
