Great place!! Ive been going to the Palos Hills location for a while, and convinced a half of my family to go there too! Here is why: #1- friendliness of the staff!! Everyone starting at the desk and ending with the doctors are super nice and make you comfortable ( even when you have to have your root canal done ;) ) #2 - knowledgeable dentists, specialists, and hygenists advise when something REALLY has to be done right away, and when it can wait till the next visit. #3 - honesty... I think this is the major one for me... My previous dentist told me I have to get 3 root canals with crowns, but before I agreed, I decided to get a second opinion. And Im so glad I did. At Gentle Touch I learned that I only needed one root canal and two fillings (which saved me quite much $ and time), and also I found my new dentist -dr. Dederowski. #4 Their offices (I usually go to their Palos location, but there is also one in Lemont) are modern and clean. Everything looks new and inviding, so I dont feel like Im going to some dungeon or a butchers shop. #5 and final is that staff is bilingual ( English and Polish). Perhaps most of the people dont care about it, but for the daughter of Polish emigrants with some language barrier it means no more additional visits in a role of the assistant-translator. My parents can make their own appointments in polish and go there feeling confident they will be understood. I hope my review helps those who consider getting their teeth fixed at Gentle Touch. Ive been a patient there for few years and every visit for me is a good experience. - Karolina R.

I came in with a year old frail broken moller that I depended on to hold a flipper that replaced my front right tooth. Obviously my behavior caused a serious infection and the frail tooth needed to come out. I had two issues... fear from past dental experiences & finances. My dental experience was nothing short of 5 star professionalism, compassion and the medical guidance ensuring a quick recovery. I believe my case could afford her to take advantage of me financially but, that was not the case at all. We worked out a payment plan my budget could afford and my health improved. Thank you

Its hard to find a good dentist. Finally, I got one. Last month I got my root canal done at the office and today I got a crown. I can smile great again.Thanks!
