DO NOT GO HERE!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!! First off, they have some of the worst receptionists in the world. Im a paying customer and routinely I would receive an attitude like I was bothering them. Another, thing that was an alarm was they make you PRE-PAY before the service is done. This is the only place I have ever done that at. I had a dental emergency so I had to go here. I needed a root canal therapy on my tooth. Dr. Jonathan Czyscon was the one to perform it. He proceeds to perform the root canal and places a crown to finish the work. A few weeks like my tooth is hurting worse then ever and is quite swollen. I go back and he says its needs a crown adjustment. So he shaves off some on the crown and tells me to wait and see what happens. No difference in pain relief so I come yet again and he says he has to redo the root canal therapy. At this point Im frustrated but decide to give him the chance to fix his mistake. He proceeds to drill out the crown. This was possible the worst experience. I could feel the metal shavings throughout my mouth. It literally sucked so bad. So, he redoes the root canal for the 2nd time. In few weeks its SWOLLEN AND PAINFUL AGAIN. I go back again. This guy had the nerve to say, "You sure you just dont want to get an implant?" At this point, I lost all respect for this dude. He says otherwise I need to see a specialist. I tell them I want a refund and the doctor agrees to it. However, after that they would not pick up phone calls or return any calls. I then had to cancel the credit card payment but I was only able to get back $450. So essentially THEY STOLE $600 from me. I had to see a reputable dentist to fix his mistake. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Great place. Clean and professional.Ive been going 4 weeks in a row for different things and my experience has always been pleasant. The doctor is a really nice dude he gave me a temporary tooth while I was waiting for my insurance to give the go ahead on my crown and I broke the temp off a few days later. I called and they got me in there right away and he replaced it. You definitely feel at home as there is a tv in the procedure room and you can flip through the channels and relax while the doc does his thing. Great place I highly recommend!

Wow this place is no joke! Its horrible!!!! I went into this place to schedule an appointment for a cleaning and this girl name Isabel just gave me a dirty look and asked me what I wanted and I asked politely if I can please schedule an appoionemt and her response was " I dont have time for your right now " and ignored me.... I have NEVER seen anybody so unprofessional like that!! They need new staff. I highly recommend people to stay away from this place.

my experience was amazing at the office. I truly am a big baby in the dentist and because of that I had to have all my teeth pulled. I was scared to death but i made it through and the now my favovorite dentist dr. yang was great and the staff there is great. I would recommend anyone to go there he is wonderful. After having all 18 teeth pulled i went home and had no pain that was the best part.

This is such a professional and kind place. I was worried about seeing the dentist after so many yrs and between the warm environment, kind staff and the outstanding explanation of treatment and services by the manager Isabel made my experience so pleasant. I would definitely reccomend this place.

Excellent work Dr Scott. Im very satisfied and will definitely come back. I was in the office once and he took care of all my cavities. No pain. Dr Scott has magical hands. Atmosphere very relaxing and their staff super friendly. My husband is next. Thank you Metropolitan Dental Care.

The place is clean, professional and extremely nice and helpful. The Dr was thorough and the manager seemed very engaged in her patients care. They explained all my options even financial. I will definitely be returning to finish my dental work here!

I made a reservation today. The receptionist was good. But, it has quite strict policy for canceling the appointment. It charges $50 for canceling within 2 business days of the appointment. I will check its dental service soon.

BEWARE!!! This dental office tells you that you need a procedure done, when if fact it doesnt, then they stick you with a large bill when insurance refuses to pay!

Worst experience ever. Crown Dr. Czyscon did needs to be replaced after 1 year. Stay away from Metropolitan Dental.
