My first visit was quite positive. I enjoyed filling out the required paper work via computer instead of by hand on several sheets of paper. Everyone from the receptionist on was super nice, professional and personable. The office was clean with a nice decor. I had no wait time as they were ready for me on time. I feel I received a great cleaning and check up. I also appreciated the staff being knowledgeable about my insurance plan and explaining my benefits. Great experience!

Dr. Shah is compassionate, thorough, personable, and timely. I have never wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment to begin or for Dr. Shah after my cleaning was finished. Her front desk is effecient and accommodating and works with state of the art dentistry equipment. I just feel like I am in good hands & I would recommend Generation Family Dentistry to anybody who needs a dentist.

Dr. Shah and her team are wonderful. The office is always clean and calm, and seems to operate very smoothly. Checking in is quick, and Ive never experienced a long wait before being called in. They always keep me informed and show x-rays and pictures to explain what needs to be done. Dr. Shah is very thorough, gentle and friendly. Highly recommended!

Dr. Shah and her staff provide great care. I was a little skeptical at first because of the location (humble-looking storefront-type building), but the inside is welcoming, very clean, and very comfortable. Dr. Shah seems to have very good judgment, is very personable, and does very good work so far. I would definitely recommend!
