I had been going here for three years however Ive had a series of horrible experience beginning on 6/8/16 where I came in for a routine cleaning. The dentist (not my regular dentist but somehow the front desk assigned me) was nice, polite, however she was trying to take out one of my fillings. I was in intense pain and my gums were bleeding after the cleaning. Ive never went to a cleaning and a dentist pretty much cracked out one of my older fillings without consent. After the appointment, I had to go home and get ibuprofen. I was in pain for about 3 days. My next appointment was on 6/28/16 where a different dentist was present and given me a temp filling on my #12 tooth. I was to wait until 7/5/16 for her to complete my filling however on that date, I received a call postponing that appointment for 7/16/16. This temp was very close to my nerve so I have to eat at one side of my mouth. I never had to do this until I went to the dentist office so I left in more pain than coming in when I thought I was going to receive a regular filling. I also asked about her repairing the filling that the previous dentist cracked and I was giving a date of 6/30/16. My next appointment was on Thursday 6/30/16 where I was with yet another different dentist. I requested that he could please repair my filling (the one that was broken during my cleaning on 6/5/16) to be repaired. The dentist was very nice and actually repaired the filling on my three front teeth (#9, #10 & #11). He appeared to be very knowledgeable and sincere. He was real cool however 2 days later the #11 tooth chipped. I never had a tooth chip before, specially two days after a procedure. Of course the offices were closed during the 4th of July break so I had to wait until July 5th. My LAST appointment was on Tuesday, 7/5/16. I was with another different dentist and she desired to do a root canal on the tooth #31 that I was told only needed a filing. She also wanted to do a root canal on another tooth. I was not notified on any of this and asked for her to repair the front tooth #11 that was chipped. She repaired the tooth quickly and numbed me up with six shots (three on each side). In about 8-10 seconds she began drilling and I was in intense pain. I forced her to stop and then she allowed me to have 7 minutes for the sedative to kick in. The pain was unbearable and although my entire tongue was numb, my tooth wasnt. She tried to drill again and I had her to stop it. The dentist was nice, but tried to persuade me to complete the procedure however the pain was unbearable. Ive had dental procedures before but I never had the pain that I had on that day. She put in a clay filling from where she was drilling but that was and is my last day at the DiTola Family Dental Center. I went home in tears and the pain actually lasted for two additional days. It is a shame because I had been going there for over 3 years but these experiences of pain had shown me that I am no longer valued as a client and as a patient.

Making my appointment was fine and the process was smooth. The day of the appointment they changed my impression. I arrived they waited 5 minutes before giving me the paperwork 5 pages it took forever. Then they are stating in the background they dont have a dentist for me "In Spanish" I assume they didnt know I spoke Spanish! I then am seated no place to put my coat or purse so its on my lap. The dentist strata my procedure then goes over to another lady finishes hers then comes back to me with his hands now shaking. I am nervous at this point. He never finished my procedure because they dont have all the materials to do so and I leave in pain and bleeding from a filling that never to place. Unprofessional

Your service sucks big i mean Jenna Jamison type of sucking.... Im sp disappointed in the unprofessional contract surgeons you allow to work for you. Now you have put my health at risk. Everyone in the office can kiss my grits while theyre hot... Even the girl who just started im warming her up a pot she can kiss too. I will elaborate in more reviews to detail each hellish encounter with your low level office culture. It is not over.
