I was very much so looking forward to my visit at this dentist. I did not have dental coverage for a couple years, so when I finally got it at work, I signed up to come here because it was in my network. I am very disappointed that I came. It was one of the worst dental experiences that I have had. They did not have a dental hygenist clean my teeth, but the dentist himself cleaned them and did it faster than I have ever seen, and was very rough. My entire visit, including cleaning, exam and x-rays was 20 minutes. The cleaning was rushed, painful and I felt as though I was totally taken advantage of. I will not be returning to this practice, but will be looking for a practice that takes more time to clean throughly, makes me feel welcome, and doesnt rush me through a 20 minute dental appointment. I have been to 3 other dentists in my life and have never felt this upset when I have left. I feel like I need to make an appointment with a new dentist just to get my teeth properly cleaned, but they hurt a bit too much after the rough cleaning I had today. I was hoping this would be a great office as I had a few people ask me if they should go to him, but there is no way I will refer anyone to this practice.

I went to this dentist Edmunds. I paid a small fortune. And came away looking like Bugs Bunny. I will never return. Sean OTorain. I am sorry I have to return to this. My original complaint about this dentist was that the bridge he put in left me with two front teeth which were too prominent and not the same size. One was and is bigger than the other. Along with that the gap between the left one and the next tooth is bigger than the gap between the right tooth and the next tooth. And along with this every meal I have leaves me with a residue of food stuck between these front teeth. Then my bottom and top teeth on occasion catch and come apart with a snap. They sound like they are going to break. Now I on occasion speak with a lisp. I have asked this dentist, Edmund, for a partial refund so I could get my teeth fixed elsewhere. I hope that he will do so. This is the honorable and professional thing to do. He has my credit card details. I await a positive response. Sean Throne.

Ally is the best!! The entire staff here are so courteous, caring, and kind. The first person who I dealt with was Ally and she is wonderful, she made sure I was always comfortable and she gives the best shots! I saw Dr. Edmonds on my third visit for a filling, and it was the best visit to the dentist Ive ever had. Hes the nicest and coolest dentist ever. Hes so genuinely caring and such a nice guy. I am so glad I found this place, they are wonderful!

1. I am a wuss when it comes to dental work and this team has been great for me. 2. I feel they have a perfect balance of a gentle touch and genuine concern for me as a person. 3. When I have had an emergency they have fit me in ASAP. 4. I have and continue to recommended them to coworkers and family. AND easy to get to in downtown Des Plaines, a half block from the Metra and across the street from the famous Choo Choo Restaurant.

I cant rave enough about this particular dental place. Its easy to get in to be seen around my crazy work and child schedule but they always accommodate me. The entire staff that works with Dr. Edmonds is just wonderful. Dr. Edmonds is definitely one of the few dentists I came across that really does care. Love this place!!

They did a fast and painless job, very clean and professional office and staff!! Very friendly and nice and listened to what was going on with my teeth, very up to date tools and machines I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Great dental office. I have been here for a few cleanings and have had no issues. They are one of the few providers that accept my insurance and I have no complaints!
