Everyone at Washington Dental Excellence was fantastic. Ive been to the office three times now and worked with Kim, Brenda and Tracy the dental hygienists who are very thorough and made sure I was as comfortable as possible (I even got a blanket during my dental work because I looked chilly). I have very sensitive gums and terrible teeth and they did their best to make sure I was comfortable and they werent forcing too much irritation to my gums. The first visit, Dr. B was extremely thorough, taking pictures and showing me areas of concern, as well as prioritizing what needed to be cared for immediately and what could just be monitored. What I appreciated, particularly as a family doctor who preaches the same philosophy, was that they taught me how to best care for myself and to prevent further disease. The second and third visit, the quality of care was equally excellent. I had fillings which were placed efficiently. They even had time to do a few more repairs they discovered in the amount of time I was scheduled. They checked with me first and informed me of any extra cost prior to initiating these extra repairs. Dr. B made sure to show me the areas of concern before and after. Everyone was so encouraging (I had completed of the suggestions they recommended in between visits) and recognized my efforts (not so much bleeding the second or third time around). Ive been to multiple dentists in the Gurnee, Waukegan area as I grew up in the area, and this is truly the best dentist office Ive ever been to. Ive recommended them to all my colleagues.

First of all I strongly recommend Dr. B and Kim and the staff! They are of the highest caliber of people, honest, kind, genuine, and gifted with skill in their craft as dentists! I came in because I was in pain. I googled dentists in my area and Dr. B had a lot of reviews and they were highly rated. Now I know why. I am not one to write a google review but the help I got was worth my time to write this review. I am a new patient, they dont know me, yet they treated me like family and stayed late until 6:30 PM or later to help me which is after they would normally close. So nice they care about people! I had a tooth ache/pain, and Dr. B was able to properly take care of me, help me manage my pain, and couldve done the work but referred me to an oral surgeon because of a cracked/fractured tooth under my crown. I am actually looking forward to going back to Dr. Bs dentist office for a cleaning and a filling I might need, Washington Dental Excellence, because of how comfortable they made me feel and how well everything went. The office is contemporary with a new wood floor and remodel and it still has a family dentist office feel. The look and smell is fresh and positive and I felt comfortable and relaxed. The big flat screen TV and comfy chairs in the waiting area with the decor made me feel like part of the family and I was comfortable. What a positive experience and will recommend to anyone! 6 stars out of 5! Thank you so much I am feeling much better!

I am actually using my fiancés google account to write this review. I am Luba K and I have gone to see Dr. B 3 times now and each time I am so impressed with excellent, caring and just all around acceptional service. I struggled with frequent migraines for almost 20 years. My first visit was a cleaning and Dr. B asked me if i grind my teeth and I looked at him in surprise and said I dont know...He said that he noticed evidence of teeth grinding and recommended a night guard. He also asked if I get headaches and I said ALL the time. Well, I ended up getting the night guard and have used it for almost 2 months. I have not had one headache and this is the longest time I have gone without any headaches (pref I would get them 2-3 times per week) and I sleep so much better. I got the best experience and I so grateful to Dr. B for making me feel better. This past weekend, I called early in the morning b/c I chipped my enamel and they took me the same day and took care of the problem. I never liked going to the dentist but with Dr. B I feel comfortable and I know i am getting the best care possible. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and they even greet you by your first name when you come in. I would def recommend this office to anyone with dental needs if you would like professional and precise service with a dentist who genuinely cares for you.

After I moved to Illinois, I needed a new dentist, but I had no idea how to find a good one. Id been going to the same dentist regularly since I was a little kid. To start all over with someone new was difficult. As a result, I kept putting it off and putting it off, until years had passed. I knew I needed to get back to regular checkups and take care of my teeth and gums but by that point it had been so long that I was scared to go back to the dentist. I very hesitantly contacted Washington Dental Excellence, letting them know how long it had been and that I was nervous. I could not have been in better hands. From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted like an old family friend they were delighted to see. They made me feel very comfortable, they talked me through everything they were doing so that I wouldnt be freaked out -- they even made me laugh! -- they took excellent care of my teeth, and they gave me all the information I needed not only for future dental care but also for details like insurance and (if needed) helpful payment plans and options. These are good people who are skilled at what they do, not only with the technical stuff but with taking excellent care of their patients and making them feel safe. I highly recommend Washington Dental Excellence.

I have been going to Dr. B for quite a few years now -- have to say that I would highly recommend him to everyone. I can still remember my first visits to him -- I was a nervous wreck because I had some nightmare experiences with dentists and was terrified of them. Dr. B was highly recommended to me by my Mom God rest her soul -- she had nothing but good things to tell me about him and I always trusted her. My first visits to his office they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and took the time to work with me to make sure I was well informed and knew exactly what had to be done. They always explained all the procedures to me and always made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I am happy to say that I no longer have a fear of dentists and on a scale of 1 to 10 -- I would give Dr. B and his staff a 10+. He is a top notch dentist who goes the extra mile --- not many out there like him. His staff is also helpful, friendly and very skilled. I can go on and on --- just wanted to let everyone know that if you are looking for a GREAT dentist then he is the one. I now can say I have great checkups and no longer fear the dentist chair. They are a family dentist office and they truly do treat you like part of their family. EXCELLENT!!!!
