I have been going to Dr. Chen for three years and now my husband and brother both joined me. We have been very pleased by the professional service and friendly staff there. The particular facility is very clean and spacious. The waiting room is bright and comfortable as well. I am always impressed how they schedule patients and see them on time. The treatment plans are always done clearly and they took pictures of everything they did. Its nice to see on the screen and know what was done. They are very patient and explain the bills in details. They dont push you if you cant afford it either. I saw Dr. Leung twice and shes equally nice and good. They offer Wednesday night and Saturday morning hours if you cant get time off during the day. You need to book it far in advance though. If you live in the vicinity, I highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed.

This was by far my best experience at a dentists office! It honestly felt more like going to a relaxing spa than your otherwise typical dental office. I did not have an appointment and walked in late on a Friday afternoon, yet Dr. Leung and Dr. Chen still welcomed me warmly into their office. Dr. Leung provided me the full service with a thorough dental cleaning, check-up, X-rays, fluoride varnish, and more. She was very knowledgable and explained to me what potential problem areas I had in my mouth, while displaying pictures of my teeth on a large flat screen TV (all while I sat comfortably in the exam chair). On top of professional, passionate, personable, and knowledgeable providers, this office is brand new, clean, spacious, and with state-of-the-art equipment. I highly recommend Align Dentistry to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!:o)

I want to thank Dr. Chen for the implant he just finished. We talked about the options I had for the space where I lost a tooth a few years ago. I was apprehensive about getting anything done and went in thinking about getting a partial or just living with the space. After an exam and consultation with Dr. Chen, we went over my options. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and showed me completed cases. I am so pleased that I put my trust in Dr. Chen and decided on the implant. Its totally like having a real tooth in my mouth and I cant tell the difference.....I love it and wish I had done it sooner. Oh, and I was offered (and took it) the nitrous oxide which made me less apprehensive and made the total experience great.

This Dental Office is unlike any I have ever been to. From the moment I stepped in, it was a smooth and painless process. The whole staff is very friendly and personable which creates a comfortable environment that makes that dreaded trip to the dentist, into an experience that will want to make you come back. The equipment used at this facility is definitely worth taking a look at. I have never seen some of these tools they use and they work like magic. Overall, it was a great experience that I recommend you see for yourself as I will be back for another visit soon!

BEWARE, Dentist are nice, but dont be surprised to get a big bill. They dont do pre-determinations and you sign for one price and when you come back to get the job done,they let you know it was wrong and you pay more. When the job is done, we get a call that the procedure was denied and now we have to pay the whole bill. They are not willing to work with you and they said several people are going through the same thing. Never had this happen at the last dentist I had for many of years. This place was closer to my house. I am moving on.

I always read reviews before I do or purchase anything but since there new to Schiller park there were no reviews yet. I was very pleased with my decision to go to Align Dentistry for my 18 months 1st dental visit. We were nicely surprised with doctor professionalism, patience and kindness. He talked to my son softly trying to make his 1st dentist experience easy and relaxed. Also the place is very nice, clean and welcoming. My husband is also planning to switch from his current dentist to Dr. Chen.

The Best dentist I have been to in a long time. They caring hands on and understanding I was almost two hours late to my appointment because I was held up at work and they waited for me past my time.. They make sure you know exactly what it is you need and how much its going to cost and what is needed to balance your budget and they always call and follow up and make sure Im doing okay after every visit.. If youre looking for a family oriented and honest dentist I recommend it

Love them. Dr Chen is very nice & pretty gentle on you but gets the job done. All the Assistants are fabulous too. The Dental Hygienists are Great . They have Top notch up to date equipment and technologies. I have had Pretty much pain free experiences. So far had a emergency root canal -then crown and deep cleaning. Everyone is So nice, Professional, Respectful, Informative, Patient, I already have recommended them to family members and friends.

I love diet coke and I dont like dentists. That is not a good combination. However, I trust Dr. Chen at Align Dentistry. He is professional, skillful, and knowledgeable. I am a tech junkie and am very impressed by the high tech equipment that is used at Align Dentistry. I have never felt so comfortable at a dental office and that is why I highly recommend this place. I plan on bringing in my son for his first dental visit soon!

Dr. Chen was kind enough to come to this office after hours from his other location in Aurora to extract a tooth for me the same day as my consultation.
