My husband and I have been going to Brickyard Family Dental for nearly 2 years. We go twice a year for our regular cleaning appointments and for multiple more complicated procedures such as crowns, fillings, teeth whitening, and so forth throughout the year. The office itself is very clean and the aesthetics are beautiful. All of the equipment they use is new and state-of-the-art. I always feel like I am getting the very best treatment for whatever the issue may be--big or small. The staff is very friendly and highly professional, and I cant say enough about Dr. Kim. He is an extremely knowledgeable and a very personable dentist. Hes very patient and gentle, even during the most difficult procedures. My husband and I live near downtown Chicago and our commute to Brickyard Family Dental is about a 30 minute drive, but we think its well worth the travel time. We will continue going there for many years to come!

I have been coming to Brickyard Family Dental for about 3 years and it was the best experience Ive ever had with a dentist. The equipment and facilities they use are new and the whole place itself is very well immaculately organized and clean. The crew members their are very kind and makes me feel comfortable because they always explains the procedure to us before they do it. Every time I go there I meet Dr.Kim, who is always gentle and solicitous to his patients and most of all myself. I believe he can fix any kinds of damage to teeth with less pain as possible. The place is in a great location, office is always clean, appointments run right on time, the assistants are somewhat nice but Dentist Kim isnt very kid friendly. I expect more compassion for the little ones from any doctor/health care provider. Obviously they need a little more patience and kinder care, but he seems to be in a rush and looks bothered when my child doesnt respond to his instructions the first time. No rudeness needed, just extra patience for the children please. This is just my humble opinion from MY experiences during our visits. Everything else seems wonderful, even the appointment reminder calls. Thanks

The staff here are kid friendly and Dr. Kim is a PERFECTIONIST when it comes to your smile. My family and I have been coming here for the past 3 years. My daughters which are age 4 and 6 look forward to see the dentist every time. My husband had a chipped tooth and his crown is perfect. I have braces and its only been 7 months and I just need a few months more because Dr. Kim is doing a great job in detailing this smile! I am seen by my appointment time and recieve my reminders everytime. We do not trust anyone else with all our pearly whites!

My daughters teeth were very crooked, and she had to get surgery. We met with Dr. Kim, and he did his best to straighten my daughters teeth without surgery. Its result is very successful that I expected, I really appreciate for what he has done for a patient with his great skills, very profound knowledge and an authentic heart. Most of all, my daughter no longer remains in fear to go to the dentist thanks to his caring and supportive heart. It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to the dentist, but its worth driving to have this trip.

Unprofessional. Im currently sitting in their waiting room no one has been at the desk for 30 minutes.Ive called their number like 5 times since Ive been here just to see if someone would come out to help me but its gone to voice mail every time but I can hear people talking in the other room. So after waiting about 40 minutes Dr. Kim comes out and asks me if I had just gotten there, I explain to him the situation and he tells me the reason they werent there was because they were on lunch but the secretary should have put up a sign.

This Dentist Francis, Kim - he only cares about his money no compassion or caring feeling for patients. He changes the "rules" to his convenience. I know this is his job but, not wanting to do a job for a child just because of his/her insurance wont pay as much as other insurance (but he stills is supposed to accept this kids insurance) He wont even bother making space on his schedule for this kids. I dont know if is for the same reasons of having this insurance that he didnt treat us very friendly .

I have been going to Brickyard Family Dental for over 2 years its a been a great experience at every visit. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and friendly, he always takes his time to explain each step of the procedure and makes sure I feel comfortable all the way through. Even after moving away from the city, I still make the long journey to see Dr. Kim because I know Im getting the best treatment each time! Highly recommended.
