Ive been a patient here since 2006 so it was a no-brainer where to bring my son for his first dental appointment. Today was his third 6 month check-up and I was expecting his usual toddler fiasco when he has to do something hed rather not do. Not so! Perla, the dental assistant, had him showing her how he brushes his teeth, and then was bushing them for him so smoothly even I didnt quite realize it had happened. Actually, Im going to try her technique at home because it really worked to get him more engaged in his brushing routine! Then Dr. Velano came in and completed his exam and check up. My sons visit was done and he was on his way to get his balloon and prizes. Its so nice to see an office and staff that have been there for years, and still love their jobs. It really is a great place for the whole family!

I couldnt have had a better experience at 1st family dental! After having unbearable toothaches I was referred to 1st family by my mother. I walked in on a Saturday expecting the receptionist to be rude because I didnt have an appointment but instead I was greeted happily and the receptionist told me they could see me although it was last minute. I was seen almost immediately even though I did not have an appointment. The dentist is very attentive and provides alot of detail. I am also amazed with the customer service that the other staff members provide as well. I truly appreciated the followup call after my root canal. Thanks so much 1st family dental!!!

Even though the tooth extraction was not the best experience because...well, I dont know if it ever could be, the overall experience with 1st Family staff was amazing. I came to the office for a last minute appointment after horrible tooth pain. They were able to get me in within an hour of calling and completed a cleaning & tooth extraction. Dr. Abboud and Marisol the dental assistant were very comforting and seemed genuinely concerned with my comfort. I would recommend this office to anyone. I cant say how grateful I am for their patience with me. I will be going back whenever I need dental services.

I have always enjoyed my experience at 1st Family Dental. I was scheduled for a clean and x-rays and both services were great. The dentist was very professional and answered all my questions, and the assistant was also very nice and respectful. The only inconvenience was that I was scheduled for a specific time and even though I arrived early to the office, I waited about 40 minutes for my appointment. Usually, my scheduled appointments are always on time but I guess that day they were extra busy.

I had a cavity refilled. The filling started to come out within as week and after about a month I have much bigger whole than before because the dentist had to drill more to put the filling in. Dental assistants are also unprofessional and they talk too much and dont listen to patients. They talk in Spanish and laugh loud in front of non-Spanish speaking patients. But I do understand enough Spanish and I understood they were making fun of me.

I really recommend 1st Family Dentist on 26th in Chicago to all Families and Friends. I went in for the first time with a tooth pain that was hurting so bad. They fix my tooth and the most important they took away my pain. The cost was reasonable, and first time and continue customers get great discounts. My roommate and I was put this Dentist on the high latter to success. THANKS 1st FAMILY DENTIST

Dr Oweiss makes you smile every time you see her. She is kind and sincere. My daughter has enjoyed having a kind Orthodontist by her side throughout her treatment. She could not have gotten through her braces without her kind words each time she visited her. Thank you Dr Oweiss and staff!

I love the customer service- they make sure I am fully comfortable with whatever procedure I am about to go through, the office is always clean, prices are fair. Ive been coming to this dental place for 10 years already! My family and I wouldnt change this place for any other one.

I totally loved the atmosphere. Front desk staff was very nice, offered great customer service. The assistant in the room with me helped calm my anxiety by putting up with my jokes. Overall loved my experience. Definitely recommend!!! It is a jewel in the Little Village area!!
