Just sat in the doctors waiting room for an hour and a half. Watched the room empty out twice over, people coming in after me and going in before me. Even people coming in, getting blood work done, and THEN going back to see the doctor. I finally went to the desk and asked for my copay back because I had to go. They didnt ask me anything other than how I paid the copay and if I wanted to reschedule. I told them that I didnt know if I wanted to reschedule at this point, and told them exactly why I was leaving, yet I got nothing back from them. Not an "im sorry," or attempt at an explanation, or an offer to have the doctor or his nurse call me. Just handed me my money, and said, "there ya go." All of this for a simple consultation on my TSH blood work. Something that really should take no more than 10 minutes, tops. Not sure why I needed the consultation in the first place. Just adjust my medication and be done with it.

Magnolia Medical Clinic is the absolute best and most professional medical care provider Ive had in years! Dr. Cook is my primary doctor there but I have also seen Dr. Skojac and they are both amazing. I have several health concerns that we are working through and the experience they have has gotten me consistent and accurate answers as to what is going on with my health. The staff is also super professional and I have not had one bad experience not have I been left waiting like some of these other reviews are saying. Everyones thinks theyre a critic, so I would recommend skipping the bad reviews and instead get an appointment at Magnolia Medical Clinic - theyre the best!!

The doctors are fine. The front desk help is the worst, specifically "Brittany". She mismanaged and lost appointments during my entire 4 years with my doctor there. Every time I was in the office she was on the phone with either her friends or family and made sure to roll her eyes at the imposition of handling customers. If she wasnt on the phone, she was too busy chewing her cud and running to the microwave to respond. Patients issues were discussed out in the open and shouted across the waiting room by this worthless cow. Find somewhere else to go until these doctors get a clue that the patient is a CUSTOMER.

I had a new patient appointment for 2pm. They got me into am exam at 2:02, but I sat there for 50 min and didnt hear from anyone so I got up and walked out. The nurse had said there was 1 patient ahead of me, but that shouldnt take an hour. Whats the point of making an appointment? It will be over a month before I can get back in. Im better off just walking in to White-Wilson...

Ditto, waited 2 hours no doctor. F it. Did not even want money back for co- pay. I just left. 12:00 appointment ,means 12:00. Not 2:00. The doctors are good. They just dont know how to manage time. Especially other peoples. I find that very disrespectful. I wouldnt wait 2 hours to meet Donald Trump.

Dr. Sites and his support staff are always wonderful to my family! They really helped tremendously with my toddler grandson who got sick while visiting. A particular thank you to Sandy, Amy (in the lab) and the nurses for answering my many questions and handling my grandson with such care.

I felt like I was in a cattle chute. The front desk gives no privacy or hospitality. I was heard through my appointment with the doctor, all they were interested in was my insurance and money. Would never recommend to friends, family, OR STANGERS!!!

First visit was everything you could hope for. I went for a check up and questions about another issue and Dr. Pappas was awesome. He listened, gave his opinion and referral and me fee apart of the process. Im feeling great about this place.
