I was new to the area and had no clue who to see while I was expecting my first child. I ended up picking Dr. Bratsch. Autumn, her nurse, is absolutely amazing! She is very warm, understanding, and a great listener. At first, I wasnt sure about Dr. Bratsch. She always had an answer for every question I had, but didnt feel the warm connection from her. Someone made a valid point to me. I wasnt seeing Dr. Bratsch to find a friend, but to find an extremely awesome doctor, and that is exactly what I found. It was really nice because Autumn and Dr. Bratsch balance each other very well. And as my pregnancy progressed, I really started to get that connection to Dr. Bratsch. I ended up having a planned c section, which was devastating for me, but she did an awesome job, and when I made the decision that we were going to have a c section, Autumn let me cry on her shoulder. If my husband and I decide to have more kids, I will definitely go to Autumn and Dr. Bratsch. And until then, Ill see them for my annual visit!

Ive always loved MMC and worked there for a few years. My family and I have been going there for years as well. Today after I scheduled my physical I received a phone call back from them. I was told they were cancelling my appt because its been a few years and Im not considered to be an established patient. I paid out of pocket $200 in 2012 to establish with Dr. Shannon prior to being allowed to schedule a physical. Now, Im not considered established and can no longer see the doctor (granted every time I tried to schedule a physical she was one year out). This is terrible patient care and customer service! I have no idea what has happened to their service. I will find a new primary doctor that doesnt drop their patients. I would appreciate the truth (Dr. Shannon is too busy anymore to see me instead of pawning me off to another provider). They seem to be running a business & not concerned about patient care. What happened to not treating people like a number... ? Very sad.

I went to see an ENT nurse prac, Dr. Kundar, and I left very dissastisfied. I have an ear infection and a sore throat with pus and swollen tonsils. He took a peek (2 seconds) and said "yeap you got an ear infection." Flashed his flash light down my throat and then started telling me what prescription he was going to write me... I had to interrupt him just to tell him all my symptoms. I will still trying to get information about my diagnosis as he opened the door and walked out and said theyll get you up front. I didnt even get to tell him that the meds he gave me I have been on before and they didnt fix my ear infection last time. This was a terrible experience and I hate that I wasted a $45 copay because I know this oral antibiotic (NO EARDROPS???!?!) IS NOT GOING TO WORK.

The staff was wonderful at the Rhematology clinic. However, the doctor was not. Dr. Razzaq has no bedside manor. He fired off questions at me and while Im trying to answer and hes on to the next question. He wouldnt take the time to let me finish what I was saying. Then charged me(my insurance) a "Comprehensive Consultation" for 80 minutes! I only saw him maybe 10 minutes. Im extremely upset and disappointed with my visit. I didnt feel like my issues were valid nor did I feel like he even cared. He was just going through a check list. And I waited 6 weeks to see this guy!

Unable to see my physician but for a "physical" which I do not schedule. When try to schedule appt for a medical issue, I am pushed to a NP or PA. I did not choose my provider for a NP but rather a Primary care PHYSICIAN! Too much internal referrals and unnecassery lab tests. I have been a nurse for 36 years and the insurance fraud is as clear as the nose on my face. Couple this with a dangerous hospital and it is a sure thing that Murfreesboro is not the place to recieve medical care.

All they care about is processing insurance. Made an appointment to see Dr. Scott, when he met the doctor, he suggested he come back for his physical. What was the appointment for?!?!?!? processing a $50 co-pay and then getting one more. Could he not preform a physical at the scheduled day when thats what he made an appointment for. Dr. Scotts nurse is also a real treat, good luck getting any prescriptions refilled from her. Go somewhere where they care about your health.

Met with a Nurse Practioner about vertigo. First when we discussed my hearing loss he argued with me about where I had served. Then at the end of the visit I tried to discuss my treatment options and what testing I had done prior and he argued with me about that as well. Finally just walked out. Ive been a nurse 26 years so Im well educated as to what treatments or testing Ive had. I cant speak for the rest of the clinic but I wont see the NP again.

Love this facility, doctors and staff: BUT it is next to impossible to reach someone on the phone to make an appointment. On hold 20 minutes + to have call answered - then another 20 mins to get appointment with doctor and bone density test set up.... gave up trying to get a mammogram appointment; person on the phone said she would get appt day and time and call me back.... never did.

Doc is great but their office policy is beyond ridiculous. If you cancel 3 appointments they wont reschedule you. Period. Even if you give plenty of notice, or if it was at the docs request to reschedule, nothing. Totally would have understood if it was due to no show or last minute canceling, but no. Completely ridiculous. How does that help the patient?

I waited over 30 minutes after my appointment time once again. Once in the room, asking questions that should be in the system. I was then told I needed to call to get results about my test. Shameful way to do business in my opinion. What happen to overall patient care? The customer service is terrible, with a few exceptions.

I cant not say this about ALL of the doctors on OB dept but dr brach and autumn are amazing! Some of the other doctors are great in OB as well but Ive definitely been appalled at on call with certain drs there and lack of concern as far as dr brach and her nurse autumn, they are simply amazing and heartfelt

Absolutely do not let Dr. Bratsch in charge of your health. She is extremely rude and rough with her patients. She rushes through everything and does not care about her patients health. Go to one of the other doctors. There are many who are much better, more skilled, and more educated.

We started taking our kids to the pediatrics office. You NEVER see a doctor without waiting an hour past your appointment time. Complete lack of respect for patients time.

On top of the latest medical issues and very pro active. Entire family is taken care if here from children to elderly. Nothing negative at all - quite the opposite.
