My wife was admitted to St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital on 9-26-16. A Dr. Roxanne DuJour billed our insurance plan BCBSTN as an out of network provider for $388.00 even though we paid thousands of dollars for In Network services at the hospital. Beware of this groups schemes of billing out of network and above what is reasonable and customary and then demanding payments for the balance of the bill from a cancer patients. I am also appalled that St. Thomas would allow them to do this under their name.

I LOVE her ! She is very through and seems to really care about you as a person . She has a great personality and refers you to a specialist when she thinks it is necessary . I have seen her for several years and have not had one bad experience in all that time . Her staff is also very good at their jobs . I never mind going to the Doctor bc it has always been a good experience . They always get me in when I really need to be seen . Thanks. Renee

This was my first visit to see Dr Willoughby... the receptionist and nurse were very kind and attentive, and Dr Willoughby was very thorough and really made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Based on this first visit, I would definitely recommend this practice.
